Ulasan Holiday Inn Manila Galleria, an IHG Hotel

The hotel is rather very old building as well as facilities included. Room is spacious but the carpet is old and has the odor to show it I need to change the bedding at very late night on my first night when checked in as there are so many stains on it. The hotel did not really say anything after I reported There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom one day. The building is connected to the mall where you can find food and supermarket, staffs are nice however I dont think I will choose to stay here again

It was a bit of a struggle to get my booking rescheduled. Although I initially booked for a non refundable booking, still I was hoping they would consider due to unforseen circumstances and as a repeat customer. Lesson learned but I am still disappointed as they made their decision very last minute on whether they would reconsider. Had to book last minute for a replacement and it was expensive already for other hotels.

Went in at 4 pm got to check in at 4:45 which was quite a wait I think the concierge forgot abt me but its all good the place was nice

Staff are accommodating and courteous. The place is clean. Excellent service.

Everything is reversible and great. If I had to make a request, I would like to see the toiletries replenished with razors, and I wish the fridge had the ability to freeze ice.

The location is very good and convenient. Enjoyable the staff members’ good service. The breakfast is awesome with many different foods.

Breakfast isn’t good. Location is just so so. The location of the powerpoint plug at the table is badly mounted.

Had a wonderful stay during Halloween and our kids even won best in costume. Everyone were cordial and so fun to celebrate the season at Holiday Inn

Arrived with no room available. Even though we have been upgraded to premier king’s room, we actually preferred twin rooms. The room has no electricity and hot water for the first night. Kept calling the front desk and operator but no one picked up the call. It took sometime for the technician to fix the sockets and lights. Hope the management to make sure the basics are readily available. Unlikely to stay in the same premise.

I rated cleanliness as 2 since the carpet of the room was not properly vacuumed. There were a couple of visible muddy shoe prints and nuts scattered which we cleaned ourselves. The outlet plug is not accessible via the work table, so I needed to work on the table where the mini fridge is so I can plug my laptop. On the other hand, the staff were courteous and helpful.

The hotel has been my favorite for years since 2004. Every time I visit Manila, this is my go to hotel. The room is very spacious, the hotel itself is connected to the mall thus it’s very convenient. The hotel staff are very accommodating. Though it’s a bit old but they renovated a bit. I’ll certainly come back again. Thank you Holiday Inn.

Stayed 3 nights. Good location. Room not so cold. It was ok.

Lovely room, however had a stench at lobby during my trip. Hope it's resolved

The interiors of the hotel looks old, especially with the in room carpet design.. However the bed and pillow are really comfort enough, and the hotel location is great.
