Ulasan Campanile Hotel Xining Railway Station

Great location for a modern hotel with nice healthy food buffet breakfast and good espresso machine COFFEE. Location close to Xining Railway station and 3 km walking distance to the Muslim old quarters where variety fruits, potato snacks, breads, and hand pulled noodles to try. The staff not conversant in English but with google translate on my phone, had no issue conveying my written message. Luv the flexibility of early check in and later check outs that made our stay memorable and highly recommended to tourist to explore Xining and catch the later evening train. Our room tv movie box was not working, no international English channels and strong wind cause ceiling boards to rattle for a while. This small issues to us as we are seldom in the room but outside exploring. Special thanks to staff Ms. Yun Yan for the farewell milk candies gift and delightful fruits basket during our stay. Highly recommended to all to stay here to catch the Xining trains or central Bus stations nearby.

Room was very spacious and clean. Even had an air purifier. Really enjoyed my stay there.

execellent service overall. breakfast not too bad. Recepionists are polite, helpful and friendly. value for money but do take note that there is no aircon in the room. special thanks to 云小姐 for being helpful and also introduced us nice food around the area.

The staff were friendly and eager to give restaurant recommendations. The hotel is close to the train station which makes for easy travel where ever you want to visit! Happy travels & enjoy XiNing's delicious food!

Very happy that hotel has laundry room and provides washing detergent as well. Staff readily provides extra bottled drinking water as well.

Hotel staffs was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was reasonably well prepared with local favourites like fried youtiao, sesame ball, local yak yogurt. Must mention the coffee machine that's for international standard. Rooms well equipped and very spacious. Location is easily accessed by Didi to moved around at affordable price.

Unbeatable location for the Xining train & bus stations. Also within 15 mins walk to the Muslim quarter with its historic mosque and colourful street market. Very friendly & helpful staff though translation for English needed. Room also well stocked with useful amenities for all needs. Only note is use of slightly worn towels and stain of cigarette smoke in the room.

The hotel is right next to the Xining Railway Station, on the west side, and within walking distance. You just need to walk past Xining city bus station (exit the train station and turn right). The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is standard but adequate. The room is nice and spacious. They kindly upgraded the room for me to have windows so I had a nice view of the city. There is no refrigerator and air conditioner in the room, but it's understandable as I think the weather in Xining is cool all year round due to the fact that it is situated in high elevation. The room, however, comes with a standing fan and a humidifier. Although I did not pay attention to this, the hotel has on/off time for heating, i.e. it's not 24/7, according to hotel info on Trip.com, so you may want to be aware, especially if you stay in winter.

Firstly, I want to commend the staff at Campanile Hotel Xining Railway Station for their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who were efficient and accommodating throughout my stay. If you are planning to stay near the Railway train station, this is the best choice. My room was upgraded as well perhaps of the low season. Warm Bottled Mineral water was given daily by the front desk. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at your hotel and appreciate the efforts of your staff in ensuring guest satisfaction. Very good location. Just next to the railway station, around 8 mins walk. No taxi will take you even if you want . Clean and comfortable room.

A 10 minute walk from the train station, so excellent location, everything from checkin to checkout was wonderful, clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff, breakfast had a large selection of chinese dishes there were very good, and the fresh coffee was awesome.
