I’ve been a frequent guest at this hotel, staying an average of almost once a month, and overall, the experience has been pleasant. The **room was clean as always**, and the **housekeeping service was excellent**, promptly attending to any request with efficiency and courtesy. However, I believe the **front desk services** still have room for improvement. On my recent stay, I inquired about a complimentary room upgrade, as many hotels offer this perk for loyal guests. I was quickly told “no” without much consideration or follow-up. I suggested they at least check, but the front desk agent declined. I asked “how about birthday upgrade for frequent guest?” I was answered, we only give cake and didn’t even bother to ask for my birthdate or check his record. Additionally, I requested a late check-out, as the standard check-out time is 11 a.m. I asked for just a one-hour extension, but the staff advised me to call the next morning instead of handling the request during the check-in process. While the **cleanliness and housekeeping** are consistently excellent, I hope the front desk can improve their customer service to match the overall high standards of the hotel.

This room is highly recommended for family or big group. Kids enjoyed the pool so much. Good service. I would like to compliment their staff Jay for the excellent service. Thank you to Linden Suite team.

1. Booked two 3 bedroom suite so I can compare: units were old and outdated, had a mold + cooked hotdog smell, furnitures are old and had stains, bathroom tiles looked stained and chipped. 2. Terrible service: no bell service when you arrive, rude security guards. 3. After 4pm check in and before 11 am check out :( 4. Cons: near Podium and lots of restos around. Considering the price, unit size + service I would rather go to Astoria coz they have upgraded their units and the service is great!

Tried the sauna few minutes before it closed 935pm and its supposed to close 10pm. I was still Pleasantly accommodated so I only took a few mins to make sure I finish before cloaing to repay the consideration the receptionist has given me. Went again 730am as they open 7am and again accommodated as pleasantly by another crew. Will always come back if only for the service, the sauna and the location (beside Lawson, banks, 711. Walking distance to Rob Galleria and many others.

Everything is good except for the leak on the bidet because it turned the bathroom floor a swimming pool. 😅 engineering team immediately sent someone to fix it and maintenance cleaned it up as well. But a bit of a hassle though for someone who would like to have a relaxation that's why we booked for a hotel.

Our stay was nice and relaxing. The location was great but the jacuzzi tiles on the edge cannot easily be noticed especially by kids that will cause accident and sad to say that it was happened to one of my child though I give her the precautions..but the whole stay was fine and the customer service from check in to the restaurant and even the first aide staff was nice.. It's just that during the checkout they have only one staff in the reception that cause the delay..

All services were ok, including the room service (restaurant, house keeping, and the front desk). Able to to early and late check out with additional 2000 pesos each. Overall: 8.5/10

Had a wonderful time with linden. The food was fantastic thats why we decided to stay another day.. thank you so much..

Overall, it was a great stay. Possibly, they can check on the broken shower in the occupied room.

Excellent service from front desk to housekeeping because all of our requests were accommodated. Enjoyed using the sauna (max of 5 people inside and they have lockers to store your belongings but you need to inform the attendant in the 9th floor first so they can assign the locker for you) and jacuzzi. We're so amazed of how big the 3 BR suite for 5 people. The check-in time is after 4pm if you booked for 3 BR suite and check-out will be at 1pm. No corkage fee for outside foods but there's a limitation for number of drinks (liquors) you can bring per person. The room has backdoor and it will route you to the hallway but the lock on the door knob was broken although it has a chain lock. The drawer for the utensils and the shower knob was also broken. The television and player seems so old. The socket-outlets are also not universal. Maybe a little renovation could make it better.

We recently enjoyed a two-day family getaway at the Linden suites hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The hotel catered perfectly to families, with spacious family rooms that comfortably accommodated us and our kids. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities.The children were thrilled with the indoor pool. The staff was exceptionally friendly and, always greeting us with a smile. Overall, our stay at Linden suites hotel was a delightful break. It combined relaxation for the adults and plenty of fun for the kids, making it the perfect family-friendly destination. We're already planning our next visit!

We bookes for 4 nights premiere room with kitchen. I was surprised at how big the room is; it's like a whole house with a spacious living room, kitchen equipped with pots for cooking. The bellman and security are very courteous and helpful. The only thing I don't like is that I have to dial several times before the front desk answers my call

Terrible handling of guests. Embarrassing. Harassing. It ruined the birthday celebration in the hotel room.
