Great stay with them very accommodating staff

It seems the hotel did not fully grasp our concerns as guests. We were charged 5,000 for lowering the bed to ensure our child's safety while sleeping. We requested a discount, as we find the full amount unjustified, especially given Ms. Farge's (AFOM) assurance that this amount is to be covered bed disinfection. Additionally, upon check-in, we noticed stains on the bed and a dusty, old sofa, yet we chose not to raise these issues. We accept responsibility for the error, but we hope for at least a small discount to reflect some level of customer service.

Excellent service from front desk to housekeeping because all of our requests were accommodated. Enjoyed using the sauna (max of 5 people inside and they have lockers to store your belongings but you need to inform the attendant in the 9th floor first so they can assign the locker for you) and jacuzzi. We're so amazed of how big the 3 BR suite for 5 people. The check-in time is after 4pm if you booked for 3 BR suite and check-out will be at 1pm. No corkage fee for outside foods but there's a limitation for number of drinks (liquors) you can bring per person. The room has backdoor and it will route you to the hallway but the lock on the door knob was broken although it has a chain lock. The drawer for the utensils and the shower knob was also broken. The television and player seems so old. The socket-outlets are also not universal. Maybe a little renovation could make it better.

Overall, it was a generally pleasant and relaxing experience, though it was a very short stay. They even upgraded our room for free which was a treat! The Linden Suites has some things to fix here and there but it remains as a top hotel for sure.

We bookes for 4 nights premiere room with kitchen. I was surprised at how big the room is; it's like a whole house with a spacious living room, kitchen equipped with pots for cooking. The bellman and security are very courteous and helpful. The only thing I don't like is that I have to dial several times before the front desk answers my call

My 2nd time in this hotel. Perfect location and the room is huge. 👍👍👍

這個酒店的服務可以説是我見過在這個價位最好的，所有服務人員都非常熱情，你隨口提的一嘴都會有人去幫你解決，門口司機還會幫忙提行李。房間衞生非常乾淨整潔，走廊還有香味，門口就是Westin酒店，地理位置相當不錯，不過門口容易堵車打grab要等很久司機。

Staff are very accommodating and helpful. They catered to all our requests. Although the room is quite outdated, it is clean enough. The 2 bedroom has big enough living room space for 15 guests if you have friends/family that would want to visit. Check in and checkout is hassle free.

Check-in and check-out process took SO MUCH time. Check-in time for 3BR is 4pm but they were only able to provide a unit at 5pm. Same goes with check-out, we had to wait for 45mins. I would say, they are not ready with the holiday season. *Other comments: -Sofa needs deep cleaning -Tile gout needs to be scrubbed lol (there are so much molds) We loved their pool that's why we booked at Linden again. But if you'll compare the unit to other hotels, their unit is a bit old and needs some renovation.

Pros - 2br suite is big. good location. Near malls, convenience store, mrt station, ortigas business district Cons - building is old. Rooms are outdated. Parking is tricky as space is very narrow. Rooms are not very clean, especially the bathroom. Molds and stains on bathroom floor.
