i’m sorry for my late review. suddenly just miss thailand and login to my trip.com account, then saw i forgot to review this SUPER GOOD HOTEL 🥹🙏🏻 one of things that i miss from pattaya was this hotel, i never experiences hotel at lower prices as good as this hotel.. it was really satisfied and comfy, also the staff so friendly 🤍 if there’s a chance for me to go to pattaya again, i’ll come here again.. see u 🥰

Advantages ‑ You can wake up to birds chirping in the morning.There's a balcony, but it's not bad. The owner was kindness.The location was between Walking Street and Zombie Tien Beach, so it was not difficult to move             Disadvantages ‑ Place the top of the 5th floor and work hard for 2 weeks without an elevator            The Dont disturb sign is hung on the door, but the cleaner knocks on the door for five minutes and the door open with master key ＜Need to educate house keeper＞

The hotel was clean and tidy, however my room was somewhat dated and on the fifth floor, in a hotel that does not have a lift. Its location is fine lying between Jomtein and Pattaya and you can get a bhat bus to both approx 50 metres from the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly ( afer all this is Thailand). if you are disabled this really not the hotel for you.

Great location in between Jomtien & Pattaya… 7-11 & Tops stores close by to get all ur needs… Lastly great hospitality by the management… 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Good location. 10 to 12 minutes by car to the busy area. Several shops and restaurants across from the apartment. It's also one block to the main road. Sawake, the building manager, was very accommodating. I had a very relaxed and enjoyable time. Will stay again if in that area.

Room is clean, but across the road there is a bar which opened till late.

The staff are very helpful. Their attitude and service are good.

Host was good. Place was good. Room is nice and clean. And really big.

It’s kind of service apartments style hotel. A bit old inside. But lady on the reception is nice and allowed me for early check in. Main minuses are water pressure is very low and opposite of the hotel has bar, and noisy all night long.

Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful, really clean and quiet location

The host was absolutely amazing very friendly and welcoming. The location is great , not far from Jomtien or Walking street. Very quiet and comfortable

I stayed one night 27 Jan 2024. I been in pattaya since August 2023 I stay in many many hotels. I had never felt at HOME at any places I stayed but here. The room was large and very clean home style. So clean i couldn't believe it cleaner than the fancy hotel. The pillows you can still smell the good laundry detergent on the bed pillow and even on the towels I smell the cleanness. The room are taken care of as if the owner living in the room. I can't explain how surprised this hotel made me. Quite area in morning and night. Mrs Ben is the most nicest person I met in Thailand and I'm not just saying it. The rooms had a fan and aircon. I never seen a hotel supply a personal fan for the guest. The room also had bowls and dishes and also a face rag body rag and towel. The bed is so conformable and sofa also. (We got the duplex room) the bed felt like back home in America the sofa felt like sofa back home in America. The owner here is wonderful. At night the hotel is very safe with cameras and no traffic. I can't believe I checked out but I had to go to Bangkok when I returned I will stay again. This hotel really is something. Before I forget the other lady that work at the desk and do housekeeping is so sweet and nice and I want to thank her for watching my luggage.God bless I hope I describe correctly how great of a hotel this is. Also there's 7-11 walking distance also a Tops store walking distance there's also a Mexican restaurant right in front of hotel and also nearby luxury restaurant within walking distance

Very good hotel, good bang for your buck. The hotel is very close to the walking street and restaurants are nearby. Also, I like their cozy balcony. It makes my trip in Pattaya!

It was a good time in Pattaya 🇹🇭
