Great location, many restaurants around and value for money

The staff were friendly and provided good service. My friend arrived before 2 PM, and a staff member immediately approached them to ask if they wanted to check in. My friend said yes, and they were allowed to go to their room right away. The room and bathroom were clean. It's suitable for a short relaxing getaway with friends or for small families. Some of the electrical sockets need fixing as they are a bit loose. There's no window to enjoy a view, but as long as it's comfortable to sleep in, clean, and has good air conditioning, that's enough for me since I only stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, hehe.

The key card only worked after three swipes, there was an unexplained power outage, and they refused our request to change rooms. The bedsheets weren't clean. It's not even as good as a budget chain hotel in China.

Very disappointing stay at this establishment. The hotel is generally dirty and poorly maintained, with facilities in bad condition that give an impression of neglect. The room wasn't clean and the comfort clearly leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame, because the potential is there, but as it stands, the experience really doesn't live up to expectations.

Great location, right on Gaya Street, but there was some noise at night from passing vehicles. The duvet and mattress covers had stains.

There was an issue with the key card. I was told the battery was low. But service is friendly.
