The facilities are good. The swimming pool is nice for family and kids. The hotel is beautiful and big clean room. The breakfast is good and various menu selection. The swimmimg pool is great. The spa is also nice and not expensive.

I and my family had the pleasure of staying at kastel pattaya hotel for a brief one night stay. but we truly wish it could have been longer. We had a nice room, very clean and a soft mattress. The staff were super friendly and smiling. The breakfast buffet was great. The swimming pool was the best!

Nice and new hotel. Staff are friendly. Location is a bit out of the center of pattaya, however it is free parking. So it is nice to rent a motor bike and go around the city.

It's my misfortune to have selected this hotel. The photos on Trip.com do not match the reality. There is no table with four chairs for dining with my friends, as shown in the photo. This room type has only one bathroom for four people. There is one white desk that looks like a Chinese-style table; there is no other table, only a counter. There was a lot of bird droppings on the balcony. Please be careful when booking this room type. Also, they provided only two bottles of drinking water for four people.

This hotel really is in the middle of nowhere. There are shops nearby but you have to grab to go to get some coffee or food. The room felt a bit old and the shower hot water would take time to appear.

Location is really great and convenient. 7-11 is right across the street from it. The hotel is new. The bedroom is very clean. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant on my first day of arriving and the food was amazing and delicious. Loved swimming in the big and beautiful pool. Another pool for smaller children is next to it. They have a shuttle bus too if you need to go somewhere. We highly recommend this new hotel and give it a big thumb up.

Прекрасный отель! Единственное местоположение не очень удачное, и рядом дорога, и завтраки бы повкуснее! ) Но в целом Всё супер! Бильярд отличный бонус!!! Бассейн отличный, там мы и проводили много времени) Спасибо всем работникам отеля! Они замечательные))
