Cleanliness: 5/5. The room and linen was clean to a high standard. The only negative remark is that the fridge smelled of the previous guests food. Location: 4/5. The location was practical for what I was looking for but it is a fair walk from both beaches. You can catch the pickup bus to both from the street outside the hotel. Service: 4/5. The staff were friendly when we interacted with them. Amenities: 4/5. They provided basic amenities like shampoo, shower gel and cotton buds but not extra things like toothbrushes and toothpaste. Note: The room was not particularly soundproof and we could hear guests talking and walking past outside our room.

Very lovely stay with good facilities. Breakfast with wide selection of food, for the price of hotel. Everyone in our group enjoy this hotel. Transportation to various place is very convenient

Amazing beautiful rooms and reception Everything is decorated well , beautiful spacious Room design. The only issue is the lack of ability to adjust the water temperature at the Bathtub

The hotel is nice and clean, the pool is great. There’s only one thing: they don’t provide slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, other things are good 👍

Excellent hotel, so clean and so comfortable. Excellent value too. Location is fine too because convenient to both Pattaya city and also Jomtien beach. Staff are best but some guests are not so fine (door slamming and other noises; of course NOT the hotel's fault). Breakfast buffet is so declicious but quite unfortunately only with instant coffee and tea bags (NO brewed coffee that I saw).

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. Our stay was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable (spacious and beautifully). Decorated throughout the hotel is exactly like a palace. Great location and amenities. 7eleven is just across the road. We'll be back again.

Its a clean hotel. 20 mins walk from walking street and 25 mins walk from pattaya beach. They have shortage of staff to take your suitcase/bags to room. I called for locker/safe operator but no one came. Otherwise its a good option to stay. Swiming pool area was not crowdy.

Very good service, very clean in the room, had a very good 2night sleep , next time I will book again.

Very nice hotel with big enough rooms which are clean and tidy. Toilet was clean too. Everyday cleaning of the room too. Breakfast is good.

The service is good. However, WiFi is not very good. The speed is not fast, and the network will be disconnected from time to time. Sometimes I link but I can't get online.

Friendly service, the design of hotel is pretty special European style even the bottle of drinking water.
