Good location easy to walk to eat. The room view is good. Pretty clean and the ac was really strong

There was some confusion and disagreement with room window that didn’t really allow curtains to open for natural light . I couldn’t stay in the room for one night. But the next day they upgraded me. If you really need a window that gives some natural light double check . Location is better than central pattaya.

I recently stayed at The Beach Front Hotel Pattaya and overall had a pleasant experience, highlighted by exceptional service from the staff and delightful a la carte breakfast options. The service provided by the hotel staff was truly exemplary. They were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any request. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and friendliness were evident and greatly contributed to a positive stay. One of the standout features of my stay was the breakfast. The a la carte options were delicious, with a variety of choices that catered to different tastes. The quality of the food was impressive, and the dining experience was enjoyable. However, I did encounter an issue with the cleanliness of the room that affected my overall comfort. Despite the excellent service, the bed cover in my room had not been changed prior to my arrival. There was a strand of hair visible on the bed, which made me feel uncomfortable and itchy throughout the night. This oversight was disappointing, especially considering the otherwise high standard of the hotel's service. In conclusion, while I appreciated the outstanding service from the staff and the quality of the breakfast, the cleanliness of the room, specifically the unchanged bed cover, was a notable issue. I hope the hotel can address this to ensure a consistently exceptional experience for all guests in the future.

Nice location, with great ocean view. One recommendation is to make room service available beyond office hours. At this moment they do room service during office hours only.

Trip.com reviews 4.1 and some very bad review, I think it near to the beach should be OK ended up very disappointed。I check in at 2pm asking higher floor receptionist say only 208 room 2 floor, no choice taken the room and go out until 1130pm return to the room. When on the bed I found 2 roof beams just on top on me - Photo attahed. I feel very uncomfortable and decid to change other hotel. I checked out at 1215am the night manager is Surprise I am checking out. I tell her the reason she say why at checking in did not request to change. but that time receptionist say no room. I heard from thai people this type of room they also do not like . Also inside the room do not have hair dryer. Also the last guest used cotton swab left together with the new pack. Also the safety boxes is very small.

Right on beach road. Walk in is cheaper. Great view if u get floor 5 and up. Beach view. Most beautiful view for the price compared to other hotels. Room is clean. Bathroom is clean. Staffs were great. Has currency exchange at reception. Has cafe has massage shop too. My favorite hotel for less than $1500 baht

They do not offer basic amenities like dental kit or basic room cleaning more than once if required. When I asked to clear the coffee mug in the evening, was told that they do cleaning one once in a day, requested for some cutlery to have food, again was told no such service ironically they do have restaurant as well but they can cannot lend cutlery. Only 1 small water bottle in a day is complimentary nothing else. Very limited options for breakfast as well. Only 1 good thing of this hotel is the location

Pattaya Beach Resort is located on the beach on the other side of the road facing the sea - a very quiet and well-maintained hotel in Pattaya. Luxurious living and good hospitality. The hotel staff is very friendly. They also have their own restaurant where the authentic Thai food is simply mouth-watering.

Great location with the beach being across the road , poor breakfast very limited also on the small size , nice staff friendly and polite, my room was window less but didn't know this at the time of booking . If your going to book this hotel ask for a room with a view or at least a window on the whole a good friendly value for money hotel in a great location.

Nice hotel and staffs very helpful . Convenient and near the beach.

Excellent hotel location right in front of the Pattaya beach and accessible to street food, cafes, restaurants and amenities including laundry, massage parlors, money changers and so many more. Took a brisk walk and swam in the condoned off swimming area. It is value for the price that we paid for our accommodation and could not ask for more.

The airconditioning at our room at the 5th floor is not working well. The incharge for the night shift is not helpful in our concern for the AC.
