The food was very good; we enjoyed breakfast very much. However, the room needs to be cleaner, and there are many mosquitoes. I recommend that the staff smile more and be more service-minded during check-in and check-out.

The staffs are great and helpful, nice atmosphere and decoration. However, I didn’t expect that the AC would not work at midnight (Sea View Villas), and we can’t sleep. So we called the front desk, then they send technician but he can’t fix it. The front desk told us to move to the new room and the room’s price was cheaper but ‘we would talk about that in the morning.’ (that what they said at that time) After we moved to the new room which was garden view villa, the AC was working. They all apologized. In the morning, the manager offered us a voucher 50% for the next booking and that’s all we got. I believe that all staffs tried to work hard but the maintenance was awful🥴, we didn’t impressed and very disappointed for this situation and the solution. *Not worth it comparing to the price that you spent, you better choose any other hotels.** There are varies better options to offer us to satisfy with this stay, but still not. They didn’t do the best. Hope your hotel doing better job please because the hotel design, complimentary, food and location are pretty cool.

All over was just okay. The concept is very good but the details of each points are not impressed. Only 1 thing we love from this hotel is breakfast! Absolutely fantastic breakfast. And if hotel could provide better amenities that are more detailed, it would be perfect!

Nice view

Not as i expected on many reviews on social media. Room space and space between each room is quite tiny. Building itself looking from outside look so crowed, look like high condo rather than nice hotel. Breakfast is the only top top stars that i was so impressed, and definitely recommended who plan to stay here, won’t miss your breakfast! Service is just so…so Overall 3/5

I felt very disappointed once I checked in. This hotel could not meet my expectations as a 5-stars hotel. The staff had kindly prepared some drinks on our arrival which we guessed this might be the welcome drinks for us but the front desk reception didn’t invite us to have them. At the end the drinks were put aside and probably wasted. We think the training for the reception and the communication between staffs can be enhanced.  The room is dusty, especially over the curtains. Numerous mosquitoes inside the room which disturbed our sleep so much that we had to turn the air conditioner to a freezing temperature such that we could at least stay overnight on our first day of trip. The hotel offered electric mosquito swatter which was out of order. We asked for another one but again it couldn’t work at all. The stagnant ponds at the hotel looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for ages. The turbid pond water contained quite lots of waste and leaves within which could be the possible incubator for mosquitoes. We had to leave on the next day instead of staying there for the whole trip (4nights).

Nice resort that is hidden away right next to the beach. Unfortunately the beach right at the resort is very dirty full of trash, and the service isn’t the friendliest.

Good breakfast !!! i love shrimp in TOM YUM GOONG. Nice view , privacy and cleanness. I hope recommend my friend and we need to come again soon.
