Room was a little small and no complementary water provided. However, their breakfast was great. Love their croissants. Very buttery.

Terrible place to stay. Room size is as tiny as a bathroom, also the breakfast is limited even though they take money from Everyone. They say that breakfast is over an hour before the time. Please avoid this place as much possible.

We had a good stay and it was the perfect location, lots of places within walking distance - shopping, restaurants, concert hall. We had a small issue with the heat and adjusting the temperature and the elevator was just okay but would stay here again if passing through. Staff was very helpful checking us in and answering some questions about places in the area.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet in the center of the city. Typical Canadian / US breakfast.

The hotel offers the basics. Nothing more, nothing less. Breakfast was disappointed (For me). There was not any protein served. No eggs, No ham, No cheese. Nothing hot. They had watermelon and pineapple, bread and couple things to spread on it. Juice, Yogurt and cereals. If you are good on these. Enjoy it. Another disappointing is parking. They charged C$35 a night, but you can find much cheaper options (40% less) in a block or two from this hotel.

Good location in downtown, quiet and clean.

Location is amazing but the room is crazy tiny. Doesn’t even have tooth brush/ razor provided. Not slippers, and the AC is weak. Parking is horrible. Not recommend to park at their own parking garage. Sketchy **** and narrow with lots of trucks inside. There are way better and cheaper indoor parking with security within 2mins walking distance (Indigo/ centre Desjardin). Will never choose this place again~

Small rooms, good price, excellent breakfast.No hotel parking onsite but plenty places nearby.I would definitely return.

Quiet and clean hôtel.

On the negative side first because that’s what you’re here for…The double room was a bit small but fine for a solo traveller like myself. The breakfast bar left something to be desired. I wish the rooms were bigger and the breakfast more expansive (there were no gluten free options). So I couldn’t even have a coffee and toast for breakfast. Literally fruit, juice, yoghurt and boiled eggs. They did have Rice Krispies tho' and I personally can tolerate that. Some others can’t. And the milk is whole milk. No options for skim. That was disgusting on my Rice Krispies. Maybe the selection is better in the summer season… But on the positive side….the hotel is located in the center of all the festival action, Place des Arts,Maison Symphonique, restaurants. You cannot beat that unless you want to pay double. The room was cheaper than most AirBnB rooms available in the same area. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The A/C and heating systems allow you to easily set your temperature and get the room cozy, especially important for Montréal in February or to cool your room in July. Anyway, I’ll be returning. The scene is too good in Montréal to keep me away and this hotel is a great budget choice. You can buy breakfast locally if it's a problem for you

Good location

Worst management there is no privacy, any one can enter in you room at night and then hotel just says it’s system problem. They can’t even apologize in a good attitude worst hotel. And they don’t even allow to have a breakfast even you have a room because they say your room is not registered. I would recommend not to book this hotel, go for Holiday Inn instead of this.

We travelled in Canada in 4 cities and slept in 4 Hotels. This was the only Hotel where we did not enjoy our stay. The bed was not made and was DIRTY with sesame and lots of long hair in the bed! I only hope they did change the pillowcases. The Breakfast was petty, already prepared in Boxes like in a Prison (of all the 4 Hotels we stayed in this was the only one which this absurd Covid-Measures.. everyone ate in the same restaurant so I don’t see the point). The only positive thing about this hotel is the central location.. but I am sure there are other hotels in the area that offer a better service. I would not recommend this hotel whatsoever!

Prime location, everything just a few blocks away. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms are tiny and bathrooms are really small.
