Location is perfect! 5 mins walk from Roma station. Breakfast is delicious, especially the Italian coffee!

The room was clean and tidy. Very good location with walking distance to the train station. Buffet breakfast was good with great variety of choice. Will book again.

Our 2nd stay after the return trip from Athens. You may walk to Colosseum which is only about 15 mins away or by bus no. 75 costing 1.50 euros from Rome Termini Berth B. For those who have missed Chinese cuisine, you may patronise a Chinese restaurant which is located diagonally opposite the hotel named ‘橫街窄巷’ restaurant.

The hotel was great! It's very close to Termini station, the rooms are spacious, and finding places to eat and explore is super convenient. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The room was impeccably clean, the hotel environment was quiet and comfortable, and the public areas were neat and elegant. I even got to experience an old-fashioned manual elevator, something I hadn't done in a long time. A very pleasant stay.

Very poor. The price is seriously mismatched with the hotel's service and amenities. I don't know how it can be rated four stars. The breakfast is average. The overall building is quite old. The lower floors facing the street are very noisy. The front desk staff didn't address the issue and only shirked responsibility. The room was unhygienic, the sheets were dirty, and there were bugs. When I contacted the front desk, they said I had opened the door and let them in. The only positive thing is the convenient location. It was a truly terrible stay.
