My actual stay experience was truly awful, absolutely terrible. I guess you get what you pay for. Only two of the pools were somewhat decent. The main issue was the extremely poor soundproofing in the rooms, even worse than a domestic 'All Seasons Hotel'. What's more, the front desk discriminated against Chinese guests; they would be grouped and assigned to Building 3, which was noisy due to nearby construction. The hotel itself also had poor soundproofing. They wouldn't proactively help with luggage; they'd just ignore you. A very bad experience.

The room was very spacious, but the one on the ground floor was incredibly damp. After a quick chat, we were moved to the third floor. The staff who helped with our luggage were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the golf cart service for pick-up and drop-off was always prompt and patient. There's a drink and dessert stand right outside, and I absolutely loved their mango smoothies – I had two a day! Make sure to book your massages in advance, as without a reservation, you're limited to just two types of treatments. The massage therapists were lovely and friendly aunties, making the tip well-deserved. There's also a great little restaurant nearby with delicious food, and the chef there even speaks Chinese! Ordering stir-fried noodles without sugar was easily the best meal I had in Thailand. The pool is beautiful, though it's a saltwater pool. Decathlon and Big C are within walking distance, and there's a pretty lively night market nearby too.

The public areas are quite beautiful, and the desserts at the patisserie by the entrance are delicious! The shuttle bus is very convenient, but perhaps because it's close to a forest, there were some small bugs. Also, the facilities in the room were a bit old-fashioned; the drawer in our room's cabinet was broken.

Integrated with the massage and spa facilities, you can relax in your room right after your treatment. It's very clean and has a fantastic resort vibe.

This hotel is very popular on Chinese internet platforms. It's spread across several buildings, with shuttle carts connecting them. The furthest building is almost exclusively occupied by Chinese guests. It's not located near tourist attractions, and a taxi ride to most places will cost around 120 baht minimum. Pros: The environment is pleasant, public areas are beautiful, and there's ample staff. There are two large supermarkets within a 10-minute walk, but no 7-Eleven. Cons: The soundproofing is terrible. I'd recommend bringing your own sheets and duvet covers for hygiene. The shower water temperature is unstable, constantly fluctuating between hot and cold, and it couldn't be fixed. The front desk explicitly stated they only charge a deposit from Chinese guests. Checking out involves a long wait for room inspection. Overall, this hotel is definitely not worth the price.

Absolutely fantastic, two nights simply weren't enough! The front desk offers Chinese-speaking service, and the concierge was quick to help with luggage. The shuttle service is very convenient, and both pools are excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Pattaya! 🥹

The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with two swimming pools, both offering a nice environment. The staff are very enthusiastic and have an excellent service attitude. It's not close to Pattaya Beach, but easily accessible by taxi.

Great hotel, had a very comfortable and quiet sleep. We booked two rooms since we were with two kids, and they gave us a connecting room which was super convenient. The pool was nice too.

I like how clean the place is. The room is quite large with a larger-than-average bathroom so we felt very comfortable to stay. One complain is the room has a bit of dim light that make the room feel smaller than it actually is, and the walk way to the room is like you walk in a small alley where people keep maintenance stuffs. My room type was garden view. One thing that unexpected is there's no Thai massage facility or anything extra from normal Health land, like you want massage, you have to walk out of the hotel to the massage building on the main road. I was expecting a hotel with full spa and massage facility where I can just stay inside the hotel. The staff said that this hotel is pretty far away from tourist attractions, it's the place where people stay to relax 100%., but I still feel like the place lack facilities that made people be able to stay all day and relax. One more thing, don't miss happy hours, they made good cocktail. Overall, I'm happy and still recommend this place.

The room was spacious, and there were two beautiful pools, perfect for swimming enthusiasts. Overall, it offered good value for money. The only downside was needing a taxi to get anywhere, but it was pleasantly quiet.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! While reviews on Xiaohongshu were mixed, we had also stayed at Centara Grand Mirage for a few nights before coming here. We found this place to be incredibly good value for money. One night at Centara Grand Mirage was enough to cover seven nights here! The two pools kept the kids very happy. Plus, there's a night market, go-karts, and a durian stand right next door. I personally loved the location; it's not too noisy or chaotic.

The air conditioning was leaking, and the sink wouldn't hold water. All I got was an apology when I reported it. However, the outdoor environment and the golf cart service were absolutely top-notch, and the pool was nice too, but why was the water salty? The hotel is quite far from 7-Eleven. There's a great hot pot restaurant called Luck Hot Pot next to McDonald's opposite the hotel; their 250 baht individual set with peeled shrimp is fantastic.
