Ulasan Yun Hai Hotel (Ningbo Tianyi Square Railway Station Store)

It’s good hotel with nice staff and nice services , they know the values of giving good service to their customers , I stayed in this hotel and becoz room was not clean the hotel staff gave me upgraded room , nice lunch , one request if u can add fruits in breakfast it would better

The smell of cigarettes is very strong. Room can be slightly dim to some people’s liking.

Great location. Lobby is very opulent and clean. Was charged almost three times the room rate deposit. Perhaps previous issues with past clients. Deposit was return promptly however at check out. Inside the hotel is very clean with the basic things you expect. The decor is however somewhat dated and needs to be renovated or upgraded. For a one night stay was excellent. Had a good night's rest and would consider staying there again in the future.

Staff was very accommodating after a mistake (of mine) with the booking. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a huge buffet of fresh-cooked food. Excellent. Would have been perfect if the breakfast staff had enforced the No Smoking policy.

前台服務態度很好，房型也給免費升了級，房間挺大的衞生也挺乾淨，空調效果也很給力。酒店地理位置也很好距離天一差不多走20分鐘就能到

設施：設施老舊，毛巾又舊又黑。 衞生：衞生一般，馬桶圈還有尿跡。 環境: 周邊環境好，離景區近，附近吃飯點較多。 服務：服務一般，沒有浴帽，梳子等一次性用品。

房間衞生打掃不徹底，床頭櫃枱麪不擦都是黏糊糊的，床頭有極其臭的味道，住了七天一直開着窗户始終有臭味，入住第一天提出要換個房間，但是衹能換靠近大街的房間，又太吵，所以也就忍着堅持住了七天。每天房間送水，換衞生紙服務員總是忘記，還要打電話再送。早餐品種還是很豐富的，賓館設施比較陳舊，前台大堂走廊都不禁煙，全都是煙味，非常嗆鼻，每天被動吸二手煙，希望改進。整體服務態度很好。

酒店地理位置很好，前台服務非常熱情，樓層服務員也非常，有啥事一個電話就幫我們處理好，開房的時候還送了貼心的一次性用品，入住體驗感非常好，下次還會選擇入住

寧波雲海賓館（天一廣場火車站店） 賓館的位置極其便利，緊鄰天一廣場，周圍交通發達，離火車站也非常近。特別值得一提的是，賓館提供了方便的停車服務，對於自駕遊的旅客來説是個不錯的選擇。 進入賓館，首先映入眼簾的是寬敞明亮的大堂，給人留下了很好的第一印象。 客房方面，我住的是標準間，房間雖然不算很大，但佈置的很温馨。 自助早餐也很棒。

雲海賓館的房間不算很新，但還是比較乾淨，房間很安靜，賓館的服務也很不錯，前台熱情周到，有求必應，住在此地讓人感覺很舒心也很安心。
