Really enjoyed my stay. Hotel is a little dated but its location is unbeatable.

For the price it has everything you need, close to restraints, shops, bars, marts etc. Staff are friendly, helpful around the clock. Daily housekeeping, nice pool. Depending on which room you have you can sometimes hear music and noise from the bars at night but thats par for the course if you want to stay close to the action. Everything you need within walking distance.

The hotel has a good location and many convenience stores around. Has a nice swimming pool. The staff was not too friendly, but the service was fine.

It was terable put us in room across the street from bars very loud music all night long no sleep for 4 days. Would not move us to a Another room. Never ever stay there again. Will tell all my friends never go there. Will post on Facebook and instragram too. Tell how awful it was.

Has tested the test of time . Stayed her multiple times generally polite helpful staff. Nice pool well shaded in afternoon for those hot thai days. Food is generally excellent . Recommend rooms at the back as the front rooms can get noisy from the street bars.

Simple but clean hotel in the heart of the action.

This great hotel offers a quiet retreat in the heart of the madness. Nice rooms, pool and restaurant at a very good rate. Staff are friendly and attentive.

The hotel's location is great, close to cafes and shops! The room is spacious, but a little dated! Cleaning is good, daily! The bed is hard, but acceptable! If the balcony faces the street, it gets very, very noisy at night! Closing the balcony door doesn't help at all! The pool is very nice and clean, with lots of greenery around it! There are sun loungers, and there are always free ones! It's a shame the pool closes so early, at 7 PM!

The location is very good, right in the heart of Buakao. There are two convenience stores and street vendors near the hotel, which makes it very convenient. Recommended.

Appropriate location. Reasonable price. Small swimming pool.. not bad value for money hotel. However, the accommodation is a bit old. There is also a smell from the bathroom drain. I think renovation is needed now. It is a very good location according to feng shui, so it is bright and comfortable. A leisurely pastime at the swimming pool is fun. I also like the staff who are gentle but not excessive.

I was surprised to find a cockroach in the room. Also, I could hear the drainage noise from other rooms all the time, but it can't be helped because the accommodation fee is cheap!
