A relatively bad check-in experience. The service was very bad and totally unworthy of the price (this is the point I can't accept the most, I spent so much money to suffer), and I can detect obvious racial and appearance discrimination from the attitude of the staff. The following are several obvious moments that made me feel uncomfortable. 1. Appearance discrimination: When checking in, a female staff member took me to introduce the hotel facilities. When I heard that there was a hot spring, I asked in English, "I have some tattoos on my body, can I go to the hot spring?" (The reason for asking here is that I fully respect that each country has its own culture and taboos. Some hot springs cannot be visited if you have tattoos, but some hotels allow foreign tourists with tattoos to enter the hot springs, so I want to ask to confirm) The female staff member directly gave me a contemptuous look and said to me "No, no", without any explanation or embarrassment, just a direct No. Then she asked me to show her how big the tattoo was and whether it was sleeves. After I took off my coat to show her, she gave me a contemptuous look again and said another straightforward "No" What should I ask? I respect your culture, but as a hotel staff, do you respect me? As a service staff, the minimum respect is not to suggest leaving and relearning etiquette. 2. Perfunctory attitude, inconsistent. The hotel is in the mountains, and the transportation is very, very, very inconvenient. There are only a few shuttle buses on weekdays. When there are few shuttle buses, I called the front desk to make an appointment for a taxi to the JR station in the afternoon, and the answer I got was "fully booked". As a result, I went to the front desk to confirm, and seeing that my attitude was a little tough, they suddenly said that it could be booked? ? Inconsistent, bullying the weak and fearing the strong, extremely perfunctory 3. The transportation is very inconvenient, and the hotel is dirty. There is also a hardware complaint. The hotel is in the mountains and the transportation is too inconvenient. There are only a few shuttle buses every day, and they have to be booked a long time in advance. As a J person, I feel very stressed. I found 3-4 small bugs on the tatami in the hotel... I was killing bugs on the tatami every night... If these problems were in a 500 per night hotel, I would think it would be harmless, but this hotel is 3000 per night! And they charge per person. The service and environment here are far from worthy of such a high price. Everyone, please avoid it and don't spend money to suffer.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, the food is good and the staff is very friendly. The hot spring facilities are nice. When checking out, the hotel also gave guests two bottles of water, which is very thoughtful!
