This hotel is near the night market area so it’s very busy. The room is spacious. And the breakfast buffet satisfactory the swimming pool on the rooftop is on the small side facilities are limited. The price is reasonable and the service is acceptable.

I was here for almost a whole week. I rebooked after the second night. The lobby is well air conditioned. Automated opening doors is quite the luxury. The rooms where very clean. Beds r very comfortable. Location is great right on main road of buakhao. My favorite hotel to this day in terms of price and conceienvce close to walking.

Very nice and clean room with modern amenities. Very good value for the price paid HKD 290 for a Queen bed for 2. Breakfast though not luxurious is adequate. Would certainly stay in this hotel again if stay in this area.

A nice and clean hotel inside the old town. It has free breakfast. However, it is close to the road and bars. The road side room may be noisy even during the late night. The sound isolation is not good. Please be sure to ask a room that is on the back side of the hotel.

There are two holiday inns in Pattaya, this one is a bit less known by local drivers. Make sure they take you to the correct one. This one is in the middle of bar area. However, the windows don’t face the street so was peaceful. It’s walking distance to the seaside and the famous Walking street. Breakfast pretty basic but ok.

Excellent clean room . Good location in centre with lots of shops a d restaurants. 10 mnts by tuk tuk to the beach and walking street. Breakfast was standard . Could be a bit better with a cheese selection which was missing. Limited vegetarian options

There’s weird smell in the hotel corridors and the location is also not convenient. I booked this hotel by mistake instead of Holiday Inn near Pattaya beach.

I found the room to be comfortable, spacious, and most importantly, clean. Facilities were modern and well-maintained. Breakfast was cheap but with plenty options. I would stay here again.

Hotel is good for budget traveling, can rate 3-3.5 stars. Not 4*. Every thing is good to 3*, breakfast is great base on 3 *. If you want luxury travel, don’t book this hotel, don’t misguide by shown 4*.
