There are two holiday inns in Pattaya, this one is a bit less known by local drivers. Make sure they take you to the correct one. This one is in the middle of bar area. However, the windows don’t face the street so was peaceful. It’s walking distance to the seaside and the famous Walking street. Breakfast pretty basic but ok.

Hotel is good for budget traveling, can rate 3-3.5 stars. Not 4*. Every thing is good to 3*, breakfast is great base on 3 *. If you want luxury travel, don’t book this hotel, don’t misguide by shown 4*.

Festively decorated room with a cozy ambiance. The holiday-themed details added a cheerful touch. The staff's warm hospitality made our stay merry and bright. A delightful choice for a holiday getaway.

The hotel should improve on the breakfast varieties. The spread is kinda little and not really delicious. Luckily, the location is very convenient and very clean. Neat and new. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Room was clean but slightly small.. Breakfast was good but needed more effort to clear the used plates more timely.

I totally enjoyed the hotel and its location. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. My favourite lady, Fin, cleaned my room every day. Totally recommend

Always stay at this hotel when l am in Pattaya. Close to everything. Centralized location. All room booking comes with breakfast...nothing to shout about but sufficient. Room a bit on the small side but very clean

Counter girl. Maya. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel use DoVE shower and shampoo. Very nice. Hotel lobby don't feel any aircon. But hotel lobby toilet is very clean and powerful air-conditioning.

The hotel locates conveniently on a busy street full of bars, massage shops, and restaurants, and is 10 min walk to Pattaya beach and 15min walk to Pattaya working street. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Staff members were very helpful answering questions and booking taxis. We'll definitely stay in this place next time we are back in Pattaya.

Room arrangement: I have booked a total of 6 rooms and requested one of the room with twin beds, unfortunately was told that all the rooms were fully booked and not able to get exchange as wish. Furthermore, since all the 6 rooms were booked under one booking, but they are not able to arrange all at the same floor is quite disappointed. Besides, two of the rooms also encountered the room card sensor issue and troubleshooted for some times. Room condition: Consider good, just that the shower wet area design totally failed because the water will totally messed up the floor over the dry area. Other than that, for the room which I stayed, the shower head was spoilt and cannot have a good flow (dripping in the middle), end up have to use the rain shower. Food: Breakfast dishes choice is quite limited, but in overall the taste is considered ok.
