An amazing place to stay. Attentive customer representatives, the place was immaculate, clean, and family friendly. The entertainment and entertainment host was top tier. I enjoyed how he got the crowd involved and let those be who didn’t want to participate in other activities. Actually, he was the highlight of my stay there. The food…ohhh the food. Great variety of Jamaican cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That Ackee tho… I could eat that every day… I definitely plan to come back and stay…

This place is the best in Montego bay

This place is old and needs a complete renovation. My room was changed to one worse than what I had. There was dirt on the floor as you entered the room and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the tub was disgusting.

Another delightful stay. We book this hotel for our friends to enjoy and experience the beauty of this hotel

Arrived at 3 but was told that the room wasn’t ready. Returned at 6:30. The room was still not ready. Very disappointed. It’s a nice place but if there’s no room for prepaid guests, there’s no point. Skip this one.

I have 2 more night there but I want to exchange the hotel, no water to take a shower, the food everyday the same thing, I not have a good vacation

The beds were small and uncomfortable, no safe in the room, too noisy out on the street around 6am.

On the third day, our room didnt have water. Front desk staff could have better customer service- perhaps they were busy at checkin, all other staff was nice and helpful. Common area could use some updating, such as the paino bar and pool area. Property is across, a very small street, with a dedicated crossing gaurd. Taxi arranged by hotel is over priced 20 to 25 USD for 2mile round trip. Beach entertainment is top tier and you can tell beach staf enjoy their job. Balcony upgrade worth it. They didnt serve oxtail. Dinning hall staff was very hospitalitable. All in all, a good stay.

Great clean resort. Variety of food during the day and in the evening. Pool and beach bar are great and have a great selection of drinks.

The property is clean,staff is very polite and helpful.but the plumbing issue was a turn off.The room needed some upgrading such as lighting and outlets in convenient spots…The pool side snack bar only had bird parties and hot dogs ,no variety at all.limited food at beach bar and grill. The food was ok,but for an all inclusive style,the selection was limited.Because the hotel is so close to the airport,we could always go out to other restaurants off the resort.

The SeaGarden Beach Resort has a lot to offer based on location, ambience/history, friendly staff, and the impressive renovations/painting visible to us. We did get our exercise going up and down the stairs to our 3rd floor room, but we asked for a quieter room, and it was away from the street. (Note: The Tower building of 6 floors does have an elevator.) Our room was recently renovated with fresh paint on the walls and also the furniture. It had great AC, a small frig, toiletries, and a shower (comment -- sporadic morning water pressure if others are also showering down the hall!). We enjoyed the Italian restaurant for dinner one night, just for a change from the buffet. Overall, buffet meals were good with delicious local cuisine. Breakfast had an egg station for omelets and fried eggs. Lunch was at the buffet, the deli by the pool (with patties and even ice cream!) or the beach grill (great cheeseburgers!) Dinner buffet could do with a 'theme" night along with the local cuisine, as they had and a lot of starches and vegetable choices. Just an idea. For relaxation the beach areas are very nice, like little coves for swimming, sunbathing, and free snorkeling along the rocks/coral. (Take your sunscreen!) The sunset views are not to be missed from the beach! Back near the hotel is the pool and beautiful jacuzzi, very nicely designed with glass blocks and an almost finished tile shower. The hotel gardens have lovely spots with benches for reading. Great to be near the airport!

This place was all inclusive but not overly crowded - the food was excellent and the rooms and staff were great!

Nice old property with very nice staff. The facilities were quite dated however, the location and friendliness of the staff more than compensated for that.
