I went there on the day which fire alarm system error happened. Quite chaos and noisy

This hotel is amazing, room was superb, breakfast was awesome, staff are excellent, pool is in the sun all day, I am not sure how I would make this hotel any better than it already is. My room had 2 balconies 😍.

Everything was fine. That’s the location is close to Soi 6 and the beach, causes whining roar all the times.

Good location near beach. Good breakfast Friendly staff. But Should improve cleanliness bed dirty.

The staff in bearkfast plus the house keeping was very nice and friendly , plus the manager on the reception very good .

I must say very good hotel very neat and clean , shower pressure is really very good , air condition is also nice and effective. the breakfast is decent and good. but ordering in Hotel food is expensive , one chicken club sandwich around 350 THB , fried fish calamari 280 THB with just 7-8 pieces. beer also expensive expensive in Hotel big bottle beer around 200 or 220 THB Room quality is good , House keeping is good Location is very nice just on the beach and clean area

No Wifi in the back rooms of the hotel. Wifi appears for few seconds and even if you sit in lobby it disconnects every 5 minutes and Staff in reception wasn’t polite or understanding, didn’t request anything special but treated us with sad faces always.

New hotel and room was nice location opposite the beach near by walking streets and breakfast also delicious

The hotel is just in front of the beach, and the place is not as many shops and restaurants as Central Pattaya. However, you can take the shuttle of 10 baht along the two beaches so transportation is never a problem. Good value place to stay. The pool is also nice although it’s next to a restaurant and there will be some smoke during dinner time.

Beachfront location, next to the hard rock hotel. The rooms decor is very chic, & so is the hotel's. Rain shower & bath tub facilities in the washroom. The breakfast is plentyful & with a view of the beach. Thanks to the front desk for providing a sea view room.

Great hotel, staff very friendly and cafe is good downstairs! Beach across the road. Best bathtub ever also!

location is very good, but the bed for me not so comfortable, i stay corner room sea view that perfect view to stay
