Hotel is clean and good also beside the beach although not very clear view but still good view

Shower tiles/grout need a good scrub and de mould! Room needs a set of drawers, tv needs mounting higher, balcony lock very flimsy Would have been a great room if the little details were done

This was a truly disappointing stay, and I absolutely do not recommend it. The room was mediocre and utterly unremarkable, with dim, oppressive lighting. The first room I was given had a broken light. Even after switching rooms, there was a noticeable strange smell. I was assigned a north-facing room at the end of the hall, and no room upgrade was offered throughout my stay. The hygiene was disgusting: As shown in picture 1, the bedside table was covered in thick dust, there was a used condom wrapper in the corner of the bed, the trash can was damaged, and the trash bag was the wrong size. The cleaning was completely perfunctory. Service was perfunctory and cold. The breakfast selection was extremely limited, and the taste was ordinary. The fried eggs were terribly made, and there was no attentive service at all. The location is near Pattaya Soi 6, where sex workers are often brought into the hotel. The environment was noisy and chaotic, lacking any sense of safety or cleanliness. The facilities are average, hygiene is concerning, service is subpar, and the location is messy. There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this place. Avoid at all costs!

The location is great, and I really enjoyed the sea view room. I do have a couple of suggestions though: there was a slight odor from the shower drain, so the hotel might want to look into that. Also, the room lighting was a bit dim; it's a matter of personal preference, but I prefer something brighter. The cleanliness was okay, not exceptionally spotless. For those looking to book, especially my fellow ladies, I want to note that the drain smell was a bit of a concern for me, and I'm not sure if it's an issue in all rooms; I stayed in a sea view king room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and vacation is all about having fun! 🥳

The room was great, with a super large terrace. Nice views, right by the beach and in the city center. The hotel's ice cream was delicious. However, there were cockroaches upon check-in and the pillows had an odor. The gym was incredibly small, with only dumbbells and a treadmill, just a few square meters – definitely not up to five-star standards.

It is very conveniently located in the middle of Beach Road. There’s a market just a few steps away and the beach is right across the street. The Central Festival mall is also just a short walk away. The room and toilet were both really spacious, and the toilet had a bathtub. I really loved the balcony. It was lovely to sit out there and enjoy the sunset. There's also a small gym with some machines and weights. The pool is nice and has some really comfortable loungers. Breakfast was quite good with lots of choice. The chef at the egg station was really friendly. If I get the chance, I will go back.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was also good.

The room was very tidy and spacious. However, the lighting in the room was a bit dim. The bathroom was a little cramped, and the towels weren't very new. The bedsheets and duvet covers felt a bit damp; I suggest they be dried more thoroughly.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Arriving in the early morning after a long international flight, we were met with outstanding hospitality from the very first step into the lobby. Our room was absolutely stunning, featuring a private balcony with a breathtaking view. It was thoughtfully appointed with every amenity we could need. A particular highlight was the luxurious bath bomb provided—a must-try for any guest. The complimentary breakfast was superb, offering an impressive and delicious spread that exceeded all expectations. The on-site café and restaurant continued this standard of excellence, serving delightful cakes and beverages throughout the day. We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us. Combining a stunning beachfront location with impeccable service and genuinely friendly staff, this hotel is a true gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.

The hotel was right infront of Pattaya Beach and in between two beach clubs which is awesome, but if you are an early sleeper, then its not advisable.

My newly bought HDMI box went missing while i left it in the room. The box is extremely important for the guarantee. Of course the house keeper team said she didn’t throw it away.
