This hotel is clean and peaceful, offering a truly relaxing atmosphere. The reception and housekeeping staff were both incredibly kind and helpful. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a calm and enjoyable experience! And I like the special reception staff ( the cat)

This is our second time booking Zen Hotel. So far, this is the best hotel we’ve been to during our 13 days of hotel hopping. It has elevator, pool, and balcony. The heater and wifi were working great as well.

Good cost-effectiveness It's nice to sleep

Nothing special, but good to stay just to sleep. I had a big room.

Positive : Walking distance from the bus terminal. The room is spacious and clean for the price. Very quiet, perfect for a good sleep. Polite front desk employees. Negative : Nothing around the hotel area, not even a 7-11 Not close to the beach areas. Only good for those driving a car. Very dark outside the hotel area at night. Conclusion : You get what you pay for, cannot complain too much. Go Grande Centre Pointe or Hilton if you have the budget.

Staff's manager not helpful at all and rejecting requests, bathroom was dirty, found hair on the bed sheet, the water flow in the bathtub hose is so weak that you can spend hours just bathing; I initially booked for 3 nights for my family but we couldn't stay for more than 1 night and we had to give up the money paid for the 2 remaining nights (as it was not refundable).

Checked in and left 15 minutes later because the hotel really was dirty. The sheets were dirty the room was dirty lost my money on my trip for four days.

Good swimming pool good service

Basic hotel with no breakfast available. Swimmimg pool is decent. They give free coffee near the pool in the morning. 7/11 is 10min walk, and resturants also 10min walk. Only stayed 2 nights.

This hotel was good for the price. The customer service was amazing. Has free parking and room ac blows cold. Not bad for the night

The pool looks nice and although the location is a little far off, it was a decent place to stay. 👌
