Ulasan The Zen Hotel Pattaya

This is our second time booking Zen Hotel. So far, this is the best hotel we’ve been to during our 13 days of hotel hopping. It has elevator, pool, and balcony. The heater and wifi were working great as well.

Nothing special, but good to stay just to sleep. I had a big room.

Positive : Walking distance from the bus terminal. The room is spacious and clean for the price. Very quiet, perfect for a good sleep. Polite front desk employees. Negative : Nothing around the hotel area, not even a 7-11 Not close to the beach areas. Only good for those driving a car. Very dark outside the hotel area at night. Conclusion : You get what you pay for, cannot complain too much. Go Grande Centre Pointe or Hilton if you have the budget.

Staff's manager not helpful at all and rejecting requests, bathroom was dirty, found hair on the bed sheet, the water flow in the bathtub hose is so weak that you can spend hours just bathing; I initially booked for 3 nights for my family but we couldn't stay for more than 1 night and we had to give up the money paid for the 2 remaining nights (as it was not refundable).

Checked in and left 15 minutes later because the hotel really was dirty. The sheets were dirty the room was dirty lost my money on my trip for four days.

Good swimming pool good service

Basic hotel with no breakfast available. Swimmimg pool is decent. They give free coffee near the pool in the morning. 7/11 is 10min walk, and resturants also 10min walk. Only stayed 2 nights.

This hotel was good for the price. The customer service was amazing. Has free parking and room ac blows cold. Not bad for the night

The pool looks nice and although the location is a little far off, it was a decent place to stay. 👌

Nice wide room. Close to north bus station. Better rent a bike while staying there. There’s not much is going on around the place

Near the transport station, open 24 hours.

Highly DO NOT recommend 1. Unprofessional- I have told to day shift receptionist who is an old lady to arrange clean room as i wake up 3pm when i back 10:40. No one into that room 2. Impolite- Night shift staff who is a fat lady. Even What i am asking. She only say “No” + “No understand”. Useless role as a position in reception and cannot help anything 3. No safety - ALL room have safety box. But not functional. If you have value belongs. MUST keep in lobby’s a extremely easy to broken cabinet and the only one rust key As point2. That night shift staff will sleeping during on duty 4. No clearing - Stay Here few days. Even they “cleaned room”. Never change bed sheet / quilts cover as next day feeling itchy And there are much hairs on the ground and easy to recognise that are not us. 5. Hard bed - like sleep on the floor . If you wanna happy jump and lie on the bed like a child HOPE you do not try. Finally. DO NOT waist your holiday mood and patient here This is the truly upset and bad mood experience.

The hotel was neat and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean. Overall the stay was pretty good. It is close to the bus station so no worries after you check out.
