It is very good location in Pattaya sai 2 downtown near the beach just 200 Meters by walking 5 minutes.

cleaning came every day, the location is the most convenient in Pattaya, but do not take a room with a window onto the roadway, it is very noisy. The air conditioner didn't work, they gave me another room, but the light in the bathroom didn't work, but overall I was happy

It was an unforgettable experience. The staff were kind and I was happy and energetic. The view from the window was amazing. Yogurt for breakfast.

The bathroom didn't flush. When I entered the room, I saw that there was still urine from the person who was there before. In the trash can there are scraps of tissue paper. I did not receive a replacement bag or clear disposal. The air conditioner isn't cool at all. Even at 16 degrees, it's still very hot. Should improve at this point.

Lived for 2 days. Purely. Cleaning was done at 5+. Quiet. At the reception it is difficult to understand English. There was no safe box in the room (as written when booking). You can smoke in the hallway, but not in your room. The air conditioning is strong and quiet. Window to the corridor with blinds. There is no window to the street from the room. Everything electrical works as it should. The staff is friendly. I did not use the massage on the 2nd floor. Clothes took a long time to dry in the room after the rain. Hotel location 5+. Cheap and comfortable. The sign below about the special entrance after 24:00 is incorrect - the entrance is normal.

The new staff Nutt is an incopetent RUDE and person....The linen in the room are shabby and smelly....After talkingh with other hotel staff it was learnt that none of the other hotels wanted Nut to work for them because of her rude nature nuff said

There is no lift in this hotel, so you must be fit. The single rooms are really basic with no fridge in this hot weather and in need of a fresh coat of paint. If you are on a tight budget, then beggars can’t be choosers.
