I recently stayed hete and had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth.

Good service in the hotel and breakfast is good but it’s not clean enough I found dust on tomatoes and vegetables are not fresh enough and not well washed

All is great! I like to stay here and expect more days to stay. Maybe next time :)

I book for 3 person with my son 13year at trip.com n pay already.time check in the staff say I much pay for my son 700bath extra to upgrade my room if not I can't check in..so sad for this staff ask me for extra pay.

It’s an OK hotel for the money with enough amenities for a short to medium duration stay. If the rooms had washing machines that would have been better. The balconies had obvious fixtures for a washing machine, but it seems they weren’t installed as a way to milk the guests for more money with laundry charges, which were exorbitant. Most of the staff was nice, but one older lady at the front desk, who seemed to be the manager, was EXTREMELY hostile to me, when I was there to ask for a print out of my TM30. There’s a gym but it was almost useless to me as I need heavy weights. The dumbbell rack had the biggest dumbbell at 15kg, not good enough for me as I can curl 25kg. The hotel started doing renovations during my stay, which, according to the notice, would last the whole of the year. So, I wouldn't recommend staying there until after 2024 has ended. There was too much drilling and banging noise during the day from all the renovation work.

We arrived at the hotel and when we got to the room, the room was far from the pictures that had been in the advertisements. The walls in the room were cracked and otherwise the room was straight from the 80s. We asked for a new room and got one. The room was already from the 90s with red walls and a cramped room. The room could hear all the noise from nearby restaurants and it was heard until about 1 in the morning. The hotel is good for single men looking for female companionship but if you are a family AVOID this hotel. We had 2 bad experiences at different hotels in Pattaya. Then we found a good one in the Pattaya South area. We didn't get the money back, but when we made the reservation on Trip.com, they got a negotiated half of the reservation fee back.

It was good stay but the room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The sofa in the room was quite worn out and dirty. I had booked a two bedroom suite but too small for a two bedroom suite. The girl at reception was very very help when I needed some papers printed. It’s just far from the central Pattaya, you have to take a taxi to Grab bike to get to central Pattaya. That’s a major issue, other than that it was a good stay.

Especially good service , kind and nice for receptionist (Beer) and the cleaning service is good too. I am so happy to stay here. Thx for all the staff.

The shower drain was blocked, and the bathroom was so tiny, very hard to close the bathroom door and The swimming pool was very tiny, and it was outside the building very uncomfortable to exit the building and go for swimming the bed was uncomfortable too very slippery

Worth every penny. Very good location. Laundry facility is just 1 min walk away.

The room is quite good and clean, and the location is nice, it’s convenient to go to malls.
