it's good to stay location is good, clean and staff also nice

It’s nice to be there but they changed me more for water bottles and others. Carefully before use anything there.

The hotel room 4th floor have massive ants. They will go into your open food. The room smells after mould. You have to take care. Trip only selbst city view. City few means you look at a wall. I changed to floor 7. To have city fiel and sea view. The Upgrade cost 500 bath additional. In this moment my new bought mobile phone was disappearred and could not be found by the staff. The room was closed and looked. I had to go to the police for tracking and wait now for the result. But i have the strong feeling that someone took it put of my room. Breakfast i did not book, the expensive for this qualtiy. At least they said when i already sit in the taxi to the airport i had Tagen en bathrobe, i had to exit the taxi and clean that their bathrobe was still in the bath. But my stresslevel raised because my stuff in the taxi already. Not convenient for family, chinese and Business. You are not Sure you get unnecessary Problems and you will be stressen when you are very busy even more and failure happens. When you are less used to cheating it is very unconvenient.

Good location to walk into the center of Pattaya with various of food outlets, convenience stores, long beach. No parking at the hotel but they have valet parking service. Good rooftop space and view to chill out.

Services is good, facilities is so so, cleaness is between medium n good. breakfast is not up to a standard expectation.

Very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Great location short turn in along Beach Road in between Central Festival & Terminal 21. Accessible via the frequent thb10 buses. Welcome drinks at rooftop bar, good breakfast spread. Overall a happy experience

hotel location and service is good BUT room have a lot of mosquitos. Hotel is old.

Hotel location is on the edge of pattaya beach. The hotel allocated me a high floor room which have partial view of the bay. The room is not small and convinient for me to smoke in balcony. The strange thing is the swimming pool is shared with another hotel behind this hotel. Location good, many restaurants and massage place around.
