The room only had one window. And that window couldn't even open. Wouldn't recommend that place.

Kinney South Pattaya this place is so convenient to many things that you want to do in Ban 711 is across the street. All the restaurants are downstairs from the hotel and anywhere you wanna go you can go walking no need to have transportation to go anywhere in this area. I like that I think it’s convenient for the person that can walk and go places restaurants you can even go to Walken Street you don’t have to drive to get there and that is very good in Pattaya to have the service is very good. The amenities are so so the location is excellent

Room is big. No toothbrush provided. No kettle for boiling water. Location is very near to walking street. Excellent Easy to get around with plenty of transportation.

If said in one word this is best for everything what you find everything is there

The room was dirty, and they didn't mention the key deposit upfront. There's no parking either. The service was terrible. I've never booked such a bad room. The door was broken, and the room smelled when I opened it. The only good thing is that it's close to the walking street. The air conditioning didn't work, and everyone, especially the staff, was rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends. No cleaning services were provided.

Super casual place. Not ultra fancy but definitely a cool place to chill with friends for a break from the insanity. 👍🏻👍🏻

Reception was friendly. I found the room to be much better than anticipated. The only thing really lacking was a safe, although there were lock boxes at reception which I chose not to use.
