Ulasan Yokohama Royal Park Hotel

Pemandangan dari bilik sangat mengagumkan. Bufet sarapan pagi juga sangat lazat. Persekitaran Wi-Fi di dalam bilik tidak baik, jadi saya memintanya untuk menetapkan semula tetapan, tetapi pada waktu pagi dia tidak dapat menyambung lagi ... Saya hanya boleh menonton NHK di TV, saya tidak boleh menukar saluran, dan saya tidak boleh mematikan TV. Ia sedikit mengecewakan.

Close proximity to train station and shopping malls and eating places. Very clean and will book again next time in Yokohama…

My first time at this hotel and I had a great time very convenient to the station and the breakfast on the 70th floor perfect 👍

The reception is nice. The housekeeping support staff are also efficient. The hotel room is a bit old.. No staff will help to take the luggages,... Overall experience is ok.. the location of the hotel is absolutely convenient. The view is magnificent. Can see mt fuji..

Have quite pretty views and big room can make the vacation more enjoyable but the rooms are a little bit close and can see the neighbors pretty clear

There is nothing to say about the cleanliness of the rooms or the convenience of the surrounding environment. It is very disappointing that I felt the quality of the employees working there were poorly trained, which is not appropriate for a hotel in this kind of price range. The front desk and baggage desk personnel were so unprofessional that I felt it would be better if they were mechanized.

The tallest buikding nearby which able to view whole city especially night view.

Big room location great great service from the staffs and airport bus locate below at the lobby convenient transport to the train station and surrounded mall easily access.

I booked for my brother and family. They enjoyed the beautiful view of Yokohama bay bridge. Good thing about trip is that it provides detailed information about the room before booking which is better than the hotel s official website or other online booking.

Perfect stay in yokohama, location is good, closed to the train station and in front of Nippon maru. Great service, room and facilities. Sky bar is very nice. We also can see Mt.Fuji from the window (62 th floor, city view).

Ease of checking and very friendly and helpful staff regarding directions and services . I was lucky to see Mt Fuji on a clear day. Lucky me.

Yokohama park hotel was very comvinient place to stay , the staff was very friendly. The hotel itself was clean and very affordable. We celebrate my husband 50th birthday , and he likes to eat the chinese food at chinatown,and the JR line was just at B1 of the hotel its connected. I really love to comeback at this hotel, thank you also to TRIP.COM for this booking possible.
