Lovely hotel check out the beautiful original fresco paintings throughout the large lobby. Haven’t written a bad review here before but despite wonderful assistance from I think Apo and sone others at least three desk staff were directly rude and unhelpful. Three people individuals made no attempt to listen or assist me and I was just made to feel like the stupid foreigner on several occasions. I would stay again but I won’t expect much from certain individuals who really didn’t want to help. Every other place I’ve been in Thailand is lovely, kind helpful and charming - but two or three individuals here shouldn’t be in the international tourist service industry 😔

Для меня это стал самый чудесный отель в Паттайе. Были там неделю по Сенд боксу. Тишина, спокойствие, полный релакс. Персонал ооочень дружелюбный, готовый оказать услуги по первой просьбе. Уборка каждый день. Питание было по меню, приносили завтрак в номер. Объём завтрака был такой, сто хватало и на обед и на ужин. Если что-то нужно подогреть, то на рецепшене без проблем грели в микроволновке. Да - пандемия, вокруг всё было закрыто, только Фемели Март и 7/11 работали. Открытых кафе или ресторана рядом не было, но нас это абсолютно не напрягало. До Накула ходили пешком, куда-то дальше - заказывали такси. Без проблем. Зато вокруг было ощущение комфортабельного необитаемого острова. Пляж в Гарден Сия Вью рядом, пустой, ухоженный и с прекрасной водой и видом. Мы были в Тае ещё месяц после этого отеля, но дни, проведённые здесь, были самые лучшие. Я очень хочу вернуться в этот рай.

First of all, this is my second time staying here. The environment is nice!!! But the cleanliness should be improved. Once we checked in at the hotel, we found fluffy hair on the bed. We informed the Front desk, who is in charge of the Duty Manager. She provided the new room for us meanwhile once l went to the new room, we found it again on the bed and found some snacks on the sofa bed!!!!! I could not believe it. I didn't want to complain about it again. I'm not a difficult person but I had to throw it away myself!!! It's crazy for my life!!!!! On the next day, the breakfast is not varied. It seems like a mini buffet (quite small) but it's ok for us. Overall: It is not worth the money for accommodation Cleanliness: 0/10 Staff Service: 6/10 Nevertheless, the hotel must be training your staff about the service more than usual compared with the other property in Pattaya.

We stayed for 1 night at this hotel. It was a good experience. We were welcomed at the check-in desk by friendly and helpful staff. The welcome drinks were also delicious. We spent some time at the pool as well. Not crowded and a nice view at night. We also liked the simple breakfast. Would consider coming back next time when we visit Pattaya.
