Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Pattaya

Penginapan dan lebih-lebih lagi di pantai pemandangan kolam renang yang sangat bagus Kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat baik, di bilik sarapan dan kakitangan, porter / memandu pengangkutan ulang-alik golf. Kolam renangnya sangat cantik. Sarapan pagi sedap, menu banyak, saya suka. Pizza yang ditempah pada waktu petang memang sedap, wangi, melekit sikit. Terdapat aduan tentang kemudahan di dalam bilik. Terutamanya, peti besi dikunci kerana ia adalah kod pelanggan lama. Saya perlu melakukan sesuatu yang lain. dengan tempat duduk yang direka dalam bentuk beg berkunci Dibuka, dalam sangat bersepah, hanya kayu reput. Kemudian kaki kerusi sedia untuk dipatahkan. Baru masuk bilik sekejap, tak boleh duduk Kaki kerusi kayu yang sudah patah, bergantung pada sekolah. Dan soket kuasa di bilik mandi tidak boleh digunakan. Jadi saya berhenti hembus rambut depan cermin, terpaksa hidupkan telefon untuk melihat. Selebihnya elok-elok semuanya cantik-cantik. Saya rasa pihak sekolah kena semak dengan lebih teliti memandangkan sebelum pelanggan tinggal, lebih baik baiki kemudian.

Like the daytime vibes very family friendly even the coast restaurant is super yummy but the oasis buffet not so much I am so grateful to the lady staff who helped me warm my milk tea most other housekeeping staff are friendly but not so much reception night time is very quiet and I love the family pools the slides bit fast though also beware the rocky surroundings

This is my second time staying at this hotel in a year, but this time I liked the hotel even more. My friend had a problem, which is... After we left the hotel and completed our travel procedures to Phuket, my friend discovered that he forgot to put his money in the room's safety deposit box, so he immediately contacted the hotel. The hotel manager, Mr. Simon, asked us for 15 minutes to make sure of the situation and open the room's safety deposit box. After 15 minutes, he contacted us and said that the amount was there as it was (2000 dollars, 5000 riyals, and some small coins), and this is exactly the amount that was in the safety box. Mr. Simon offered us help and the way he could deliver the amount to us in Phuket, and that he was ready for any suitable method for us. I agreed with him that the amount would remain with him until we returned from Phuket, and after we returned from Phuket, I called him and said that I would come to the hotel to receive the amount. We arrived in Pattaya and I called him, and it did not take more than 5 minutes... Mr. Simon came and I was given the full amount. Here I would like to express my admiration and special appreciation to Mr. Simon for his high-class treatment, politeness and respect, and to all the hotel staff.

The hotel is nice, but I think it need renovation, it’s a bit old. Breakfast is good , have various of dishes. Also nice pool restaurant there. The strange thing: when we check out they provide bill and include a phone call and charge smth around 50 thb. But I called only to hotel reception for cleaning 🤷♀️

We booked a large family room that comes with an extra bed. The location of the hotel was decent but not as publicised to be conveniently located to Terminal 21 — definitely not walkable because of the main road dividing the hotel with the other side. Hotel buffet breakfast was good with a great variety of choices. However, as the hotel was near to the main road, it was very noisy for us at night. This was coupled with the fact that we were given a corner room that is quite close in proximity to the main road. Definitely not ideal for a family of four.

Location is very good, private beach is very clean and beautiful. All staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious, various type of food. Will visit here in the next Pattaya Trip.

Nice hotel for relaxing. With swimming pool is nice and the breakfast is good. Location quite good because near the beach. This time I drive by myself and feel not difficult to locate it. Compare with price and quality, I feel quite good and will consider again next time.

We booked three suites with ocean views for a two-night stay, but the layout of the hotel caused some inconvenience. Since each floor only had two suite rooms, we were split across different floors, making it difficult to move between our rooms. Adding to this, the elevator stops were tied to our room keys, further restricting our access. On the positive side, the room design was modern and well-equipped, with ample air conditioning and breathtaking, unobstructed views of Pattaya Bay from the balcony. The 1.5-meter glass railing on the balcony provided a safe and pleasant space to enjoy the sun and sea breeze with a beer. The 63-square-meter rooms felt quite spacious, and the bathrooms were a highlight, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows for an amazing ocean view while bathing. However, there were some shortcomings in the hotel's service and amenities. The control panel by the bed only had a USB port on one side and a single master power button, which was inconvenient. Additionally, despite our rooms being cleaned daily, the bed linens were not changed. Most disappointingly, when we requested to check out two rooms early (at 10:30 AM) on the day of departure, while keeping one room until 2 PM, the hotel refused, citing a full booking for the day. This was a major inconvenience, especially for the elderly members of our party, who had to wait in the lobby until the 2 PM . This level of inflexibility was surprising, as we have not experienced such issues at other international hotel chains like Four Seasons, Siam Kempinski, or even the Hilton in Pattaya, where guests are typically accommodated for early checkouts or late checkouts. Overall, while the room facilities and ocean views were impressive, the lack of service flexibility and attention to guest needs was a significant letdown, highlighting the difference between this local hotel and the standards of international luxury brands.”

Good location, feel like a true resort in the busy Pattaya. Next to Terminal 21. Lovely pools and private beach area at the end of Pattaya beach. Breakfast could be improved, Thai selection is not tasty. Our room had cigarette smell coming from AC Vent from time to time from other room. Which we understand it’s not hotel’s fault but just annoying especially at night when we sleep. Smoker should be considerate and not selfish toward others in the same building. We got upgraded to a suite which was good. But the shower tiles were super slippery! It’s not the kind of tiles to be used in wet area especially bathroom flooring. I had to put a bath math on the floor and still be super careful during shower. Very dangerous.

The hotel looks grand from the outside with a water feature at the front and carriage drive entrance. The reception area is spacious. Reception staff are helpful, efficient and serves with a smile. We were given a room on the 12th floor. The room is very spacious, clean and a private balcony with a lovely view of part of the city plus seaview too. This hotel is centrally located to all amenities such as shopping centres, bars and restaurants. Breakfast is included with our deal. There is varieties but choices of fruits is limited to pineapple & watermelon only which is a shame as local fruits are in abundance here.
