Tempah bilik saiz M Sangat kecil jika dibandingkan dengan harga Tak boleh check in kat kiosk, tak dapat maklumat, kena beratur kat kaunter ada 2 botol kecil air. Tempat lain menyediakan botol biasa, tidak begitu bersih, bilik mandi bersebelahan dengan kepala katil, bilik lembap, mempunyai banyak kesan acuan, kelihatan lebih tua daripada yang dijangkakan Lokasi yang baik, bilik tidak begitu kalis bunyi. Sesiapa yang membuka pintu sentiasa boleh mendengarnya. Katilnya selesa. Tetapi penghawa dingin sangat sejuk dan tidak boleh dilaraskan. Saya tidur kesejukan sepanjang malam.

Bilik keluarga yang ditempah mempunyai katil king + katil berkembar, yang sesuai untuk keluarga kami seramai 4 orang. Ia hanya satu lontar batu dari pantai, kolam renangnya cantik, dan anda boleh melihat laut yang tidak berkesudahan. Tab mandi besar di bilik tidur utama tidak dapat memadamkan air panas, jadi saya tidak boleh mandi. Mandi pun boleh~

The good: located right above central festival and balcony affords a spectacular view of the sea. The bad: dated facilities. Bath tub with no hot water. Heavy toilet slide door which woman and children will have difficulty moving. Summary: I paid a premium for the view, will not stay here again just because I do not think it's worth the price. Service staff were all friendly and professional.

I have been using this hotel often for 5 years. It was a pity that I was not assigned the room I wanted this time. However, the staff was kind and clean, and everything was perfect, but I feel that the hotel is getting a little bit old.

Everything was good except for the new rule that you have to pay 100 baht/person to use the pool near Fat Coco and 200 baht/person to use the sauna. These two amenities used to be free of charge. I think it would be better to just factor in these fees into the hotel room rates.

good, clean, nice hotel. Opposite they have a network and you can swim in the outdoor pool and play billiards for free. Located between beach road and second road. Nearby is the Terminal 21 shopping center, there is cheap food and a huge selection in the food court in the fall. Of the minuses: the air conditioner is right in front of the bed... when it’s on it’s cold to sleep in front of it, and if you turn it off it’s stuffy; Through the window there is excellent audibility of passing motorbikes....it’s good that there are not very many of them moving along it.

The sea view room can view the beautiful pattaya beach. The breakfast has many choices. The room is very clean, and the floor housekeeping cleaner M/s Bua provided great services. Most hotels nowadays don't have ceiling fans, but this hotel still has it.

First of all, I would like to express my thank you to your Front desk team, they have service mind and alway smile even they are in the trouble circumstances with heavy check in, check out. The location is good itself as close to the beach and you can walk on the back of hotel to the Terminal 21, Tiffany show and a lot of massage shop with cheap prices. Unfortunately,as there are high demanded of cleaning service during the day. The house keeping team forgot to clean our room until we came back from outside around 17.45 PM. They might have some reason behind such as the manning are not enough for support the team or they use outsource housekeeping company that might have a communication breakdown. Therefore, overall is great and love to be back

Hotel is beautiful overall but rooms are dated. Great service from staff, housekeeping is also good and helpful. Walking distance to Terminal 21 mall and many food and massage options in the area. Highly recommend massage at Ginn or Kinn massage, about 15 minutes walk away.

We stayed in a suite with two rooms and three beds. The beds are so comfortable. We got three TVs in the rooms. We had breakfast at Prego, this is the best Italian breakfast we have ever eaten. 6-star quality meals. Staff are poliet. The only issue is that they allow late checkout for quest, so when we check in hotel, we waited until 2:45 we got our rooms. 3:30 we got our luggages. Every thing else is perfect.
