It is not a seaview. I couldn’t find the sea at all. but The house layout is nice. TV wasn’t working. The stove seems not working too when tried to use, mannual written on the stove is useless. The host is uncontactable except for check out. Location wise is quite okay.

The Penthouse is a icon. And we are very happy it has been reopened in 2024, after a long closure! The actual concept is perfect, location also. The German (- Seeland / ”Bamburi”) managed restaurant has good intentions and a good food range now. But it is sterile, far too modern and has zero ambience. The earlier two night Clubs (CATS & Obsession) are now one, but it is hard to see that the present setup and it's hardly exciting concept will ever be a winner. Sadly: The 2025 Penthouse is under Indian management & it has lost the earlier, much more welcoming, liberal touch.

Hello, As every year we come to Thailand, this year we decided to try the Sunshine Hotel. I would like to thank the customer service manager, the reception and service staff at the hotel. Already in making the initial contact with the hotel before arrival, the response was quick and professional. Rooms: change of bed linen and cleaning of the rooms on a daily basis Restaurant: good food and excellent service. Service and reception staff: English speakers, pleasant and always ready to help. In conclusion: On my next trip to Thailand my choice is Hotel Sunshine Daniel

EXCELLENT LOCATION, VERY RELAXED A**OSPHERE , ROOM IS VERY CLEAN & VERY GOOD VIEW OFF BEACH ROAD . POOL TABLE & BREAKFAST IS ALSO A GREAT START TO THE DAY WITH LOVELY COFFEE.. BAHT BUS OUTSIDE HOTEL IS IDEAL IF YOU DONT WANT TO WALK . PLENTY OF EATERIES & BAR”S NEARBY . PERFECT . WILL RETURN .THANKS GENIES .

A comfy hostel in North Pattaya, the less crowded part of the beach. Minutes walk from Holiday Inn and is beach front. Quiet and clean but at least 20 min walk to Central Pattaya Mall and 40 min walk to walking street, though one can choose to use tuk tuk for 10 baht/single trip. Also, the toilet is spacious and clean. Good security for a hostel category.

I just want to thank all of the team at Blackwoods Hotel. As soon as we arrived, we actually felt at home. The staff were friendly and nothing too much trouble. The room was perfect - you can see the pictures - they are accurate. Breakfast was delicious (when I made it). The cleaner on floor 7 always working with a smile on her face. Pool and gym facilities too. Location central too. I would return to this hotel.
