В целом сам остров - ************ притон! Пляжей нет! Очень узкая заваленная камнями пляжная полоса! Море симпатичного цвета, но хуже, чем на Гили траванган! Теперь про отель - это помойка! Виллы убиты! Выбирая из 4х - выбрать было не из чего! Сантехника ужасная! Сейф не работал! Дороги на пляж нет! Все в пыли и грязи! Света нет на улицах! Собаки, коровы и на дороге и на пляже! Персонал даже не поводил до пляжа, просто указал направление в никуда, причем - указателей и освещения нет! Вокруг бездорожье и джунгли! Ночью возвращаться ужасно страшно и не знаешь куда идти! По началу был развод на виллу получше, причем у нас была одна из топовых вилл с бассейном! А предложили нам виллу с кухней и бассейном - но это тоже помойка! При этом попросили за это деньги и пытались навязать велосипеды сверху за отдельную плату! Уехали мы из этого Ада на следующее утро, хотя должны были еще пробыть 4 ночи! Ни trip com, ни мы не смогли вернуть деньги! Работник ресепшена, если это можно так назвать (смотрите фото), сразу сказал - денег не вернем! Завтрак - отдельная тема! 1 кусок хлеба с авокадо в небольшом количестве , 1 сок и 1 кофе, все остальное за деньги! Во время бегства из этого отеля предложили услуги по выезду - катер приватный до отеля на травангане - в итоге до отеля катер не довез, пришлось еще платить за лошадь! Предлагали довезти до пляжа чемоданы за отдельную плату! Никакой совести у персонала нет и у руководства отеля тоже! Траванган - только! Если хотите посетить острова Гили! Но вообще - трип на любителя! Итог: отель и так пустует и это показатель их работы! Денег очень жаль, за маленькую компенсацию бонусами спасибо trip com! Дважды запрос с фото в отель закончился отказом в возврате средств! То есть отель считает, что они соответствуют и фотографиям и обещанному сервису! Смотрите фото и Бог вас упаси туда приехать!

Had the most amazing experience at Camilla resort! Staff are so incredibly attentive and will go above and beyond. Even starting at the Camilla villa, realising we turned up at the wrong venue the staff there rode our suitcases strapped to push bikes to the the resort! We was greeted by Mario and Jordy who had been awesome our entire stay. We had dinner at the resort first evening and the sushi was to die for! Mario helped us arrange bikes as was the only mean of transport. This added to the whole island vibe. We stayed at the deluxe bungalow and our mouths dropped when we arrived. So happy with the bungalow and loved the outside bathroom! The shower and taps are salt water but for me added to the island vibe. The bed was very comfy and the rooms clean. The jacuzzi was fab but only downside is you can’t use after 6pm. But wasn’t a huge deal. The beach out front is not quite a working beach but more just a hang out area with a swing and chairs. But the island so small you can explore it within an hour. Jordy also went above and beyond and arranged a private snorkelling experience with his friends. This by far was our best day! He was incredibly accommodating and would love to know that we made a lovely friend out of him. The island is magical and our stay we could not have asked for better! Camilla resort you was AMAZING! We stayed at Camilla for 6 weeks in one of their villas and could not be happier. The staff are so helpful, welcoming, and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The villas we stayed in were not by the beach. Camilla has 2 locations, one by the beach and one 300m inland. The inland location we had was perfect, as this meant we were central on the island and close to everything but not in the hustle and bustle (not that there is too much of that on the island). 2 minute ride to the north and east of the island, 5 minute ride to the south and west of the island. Camilla offer free bikes which makes exploring the island so easy. Our villa had a beautiful private pool and deck, outside kitchen, outside bathroom and a king sized bed. The bed was comfortable and an actual king (not 2 singles pushed together like some places do). The air conditioning was great too, very cooling. The restaurant is located at the beach location and serves a beautiful breakfast each morning. The breakfast choices were great and were always tasty. Even though it’s at the beachside location, getting there is a simple 2 minute bike ride or a 5 minute stroll. We also found the restaurant to be the best place for sunset. This might change throughout the year, but April/May while we were there, this was the perfect place. To address some of the negative reviews I have read: ‘Salt water from the showers’ – yes the water is slightly salty but it isn’t as though you are showering in seawater. The water is ground water and you are on a small sand island, hence the slight saltiness. ‘Quality of bikes’ – the bikes are not the newest nor the best quality, however they are free! If you want a better one you can hire one elsewhere. We used them for 6 weeks and were more than happy getting to and from places on them. Thank you to Agung, Rin, Mario, Jordi and the entire team there, we look forward to coming back one day!

We tried the restaurant. Nice place but the portions for food were tiny. We had salmon tartare. 95% rice 5% salmon. To avoid if you are hungry. They attract you with fresh fish stand but at the end the promise is deceptive...

We were in bungalow with private jacuzzi, it was very nice and cozy. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu offered couple choises, food was good. Bungalow was next to beach. Local restoran only serves breakfast, not lunch or dinner. They offer bysicles, but they are quite out dated and need more taken care (rusted).

Hotel barato, no se si me explico, hotel que hacen con cuatro paredes de ladrillo sin aislamiento acústico ninguno que claro hasta las 3 de la mañana no te puedes dormir y menos descansar, al menos en nuestro caso. El primer dia hasta que no nos quejamos no tuvimos agua en la habitación, solo un hilito con lo que poder ducharnos. En general mala experiencia en este hotel que no recomiendo y el jacuzzi privado de postureo con el agua sucia que no usamos en ningún momento. Huele a cuadra. Musica hasta las tantas de la mañana como si estuviesen tocando en la habitación para nosotros solos. Lo único a reseñar es el trato del personal que no es malo, pero la comida deja mucho que desear. A nosotros no nos proporcionaron bicicleta. 100k dos bicis al día. Lo que está en frente no es una playa como tal, es más embarcadero.

El alojamiento no cubrió definitivamente las expectativas que teníamos tras ver las fotos y los servicios incluidos. En primer lugar, en Booking figura que el establecimiento tiene tanto piscina abierta al aire libre como piscinas privadas, pero esto no es así, solo tienen piscinas privadas para las villas. Además, la habitación tiene TV, en nuestro caso el primer día no funcionaba y el segundo día nos dieron una tarjeta sin explicarnos el funcionamiento y tampoco nos proporcionaron el mando, por lo que tampoco pudimos usarla. El alojamiento está mal cuidado, con mobiliario antiguo y se nota que no llevan un buen mantenimiento. Por último, indicar que el desayuno se sirve en el restaurante del hotel, el cual no puedo recomendar; calidad baja de la comida, el café ni si quiera lo pudimos beber… En Gili Air hay muchísimos alojamientos (prácticamente todos) con piscina y desayuno por lo que hubiera definitivamente elegido otra opción por ese precio (supuestamente es un 4 estrellas) si hubieran sido honestos desde el primer momento con los servicios ofrecidos. Por último, me gustaría indicar el ruido excesivo que hay en la habitación, tanto por la gente que pasa al lado (mala insonorización) como el bar que hay al lado, que tienen música en directo todas las tardes/noches por lo que no podrás ni escuchar tu teléfono ni dormir hasta las 23:00 que es cuando se acaba la música.

Charme local, rien de plus situé au bord de mer, mais pas au bord de plage, un peu déçu par rapport aux photos qui montrait transat fauteuil, etc. devant le restaurant finalement il n'y a que des gravats et des cailloux il faudra aller plus loin pour aller se baigner où ça a été aménagé Chambre standard local avec une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas bien et vu que la chaleur ne descend jamais en dessous de 28, la nuit c'était très moyen pour dormir. Le restaurant est excellent du petit déjeuner au repas au jus de fruits locaux naturel à des prix très abordables la salle de bain est ouvert est un vrai plus qu'on rencontre pas souvent , le tout est vieillissant, pas très bien entretenu à tous les niveaux. C'est dommage. Et la surprise nous ne prenons pas la carte bleue, il faudra aller retirer de l'argent vraiment très moyen

Punti di forza: personale cordiale e simpatico, posizione top soprattutto per i tramonti, aperitivo e cena buonissimi (stra consigliato il loro sushi) con musica dal vivo, bungalow ampio con jacuzzi privata. Punti deboli: un po’ di disorganizzazione nel porta le pietanze, acqua del bagno salata, spesso fredda e spesso non c’era proprio. Nel complesso però esperienza stupenda
