BASK Gili meno

Me and my sister had two lovely meals at Bask, one breakfast and one dinner. We sat on the beachfront for both meals which has a lovely setup with comfy furniture, it was a particularly good spot for turtle watching during breakfast. The service was fantastic with a particular shout out for Neiygah for our dinner service. Really great menu, everything we had was lovely. Would absolutely recommend!

Superb from the moment we arrived at Gili Meno and were personally welcomed, with refreshing chilled hand towels. Our Villa facing the sea was beautifully styled, and a tranquil haven during the heat of the day. Meals were delicious, and my double shot flat white coffee from room service was excellent. Truly unspoilt- taking a dip in front of our villa I found myself one metre from a mature green turtle, who calmly stared me down! Highly recommend for a very relaxing getaway.

The best. Right in front (100m) of the famous statues in the sea that were donated by the resort's owner Greg Meyer two years before building this exclusive resort. One just feels good here. Staff reads your wishes. Trained by Manuel, a true master of hospitality. The organization and the team work is impressive. Everything is to the highest standard. I enjoyed taking a swim in the pool (35 meters) at night. The food is always fresh and prepared to your personal preferences by David. He will make anything happening, even Indian food which is not even on the menu. There is also big pizza oven in the kitchen. With freshly made dough it tastes like in Italy. The presentation of the meals is photo worthy every time.

We had a very memorable stay at Bask Gili Meno. Getting there was a bit of a hassle, but we were absolutely compensated when we arrived at this beautiful resort. The design and style is exactly to our taste, modern and cozy at the same time. The staff are very friendly and there is a very personal atmosphere. Manuel, the sommelier, is not only an excellent advisor on wine, but also embodies the good soul of the hotel. Our villa was very spacious and tastefully furnished, with lots of extras (coffee, water, cosmetic products, anti-mosquito spray etc.) and good products. The private pool is spacious and the adjoining house with an additional bedroom is also spacious and furnished and equipped in the same style. As if that wasn't enough, the food is excellent and there is a very good selection of wines. There are comfortable sun loungers and lounge areas in the complex and on the entire stretch of beach in front of the complex.. We have fond memories of our time at Bask Gili Meno and will definitely be back!

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionist were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. Our stay at the BASK Gili Meno was 4 nights. Pak Kahpi, our butler, made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. He’s been very accomodative and attentive to our requests throughout the stay. All respect for him who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality.

BASK is exquisite. It is clear that every component of the resort has been meticulously thought out and designed to provide guests with a perfect experience. The food is divine without being inaccessible or unaffordable, the staff are kind and gracious, the rooms (or pods) are luxurious and sleek, and Gili Meno is gorgeous. We are particularly appreciative to Manu and his team, for caring for us while we had the pleasure of being on the island. We had the most perfect time here, and dream of returning. Get to BASK before it is discovered!!

Excellent food and vibes in the restaurant. The staff are awesome also. We loved every time we went. The water is so blue but we need to remove the boats from this area. Keep it just for Bask to snorkel. Or other hotels. But no boats. And the constriction made it hard to stay onsite but I look forward to this place when it’s done. The music is amazing with the DJ Devan from Bali. We loved it. Thanks

Rooms are very nice with a great private pool. The staff were all very friendly, attentive and competent. The main areas of the hotel are also very nice with a great pool and bar. Really nice beachside location but during the day the sea is very busy with boats visiting the statues. Generally the food was good and the wine and cocktails were great. Some really good small plates, especially the raw fish dishes. Some of the western dishes are not great and should either be improved or just removed from the menu. There is still a spa and gym to be opened. All in, pretty good but standards should be very high for a hotel at this price point.

We didn't stay here but wish we did. Once we found this resort we ate and drank here. Very clean and hygenic. The food was amazingly cooked and presented. A little more expensive than other places on the island but worth it. Beautiful setup and very relaxing. Service from staff was exceptional. Great location on the island and snorkeling straight off the beach
