Excellent location right across from the lake. Very clean. Free and convenient parking. My only complaint was the mattress was sagging in the middle and should be replaced.

My family with twin 3 year olds spent 2 nights 3 days here Monday thru Wednesday. Location cannot be beat and the family suite standard was perfect for our two kids. We had our own courtyard and BBQ and could stay at the beach late with the kiddos as our room was a stones throw away. Definitely recommend. Want to make an annual trip now. I do think the weekdays are better as I can imagine and appreciate it's alot busier on weekends. Walked everywhere. Great staff. Thank you!

Came here for a weekend with family up from the coast and upon check-in even though we were a little bit early Barb at the front desk was an absolute nightmare to deal with. She was super rude and it’s disgustingly horrible with her customer service skills literally treated me like I was some homeless person walking in off the street. It was absolutely disgusting. We will not stay here again just because of her we haven’t even gotten into our room yet. Lol.

Nice place, great location. The rooms themselves had all we needed, however the apartment smelled and we had to febreze the place. The floor was filthy and our socks were black after walking around on it. We stayed in room 131, and it could really do with a proper clean.
The restaurant on the corner was very nice.

A Beautiful little motel with very nice staff.
The room was very clean with new floors, bathroom, and kitchen.
Walk across Lakeshore Dr to the lake boardwalk.
Fantastic all around.

As always expected, the room was clean and was perfect as we had our own patio to do some bbq. Derrick and the young lady (Shannon??) at the front desk were super friendly. However, Barbara, I find, was kind of rude. She doesn't know how to approach customers properly. She yelled at us for taking towels out of the room to use for cover when it was raining as we did not have umbrella. We would never take it with us; we are not thieves. Instead of yelling, she could have at least just called one of us and talk to us in a proper way. She also had a problem with me taking my dog in the office, without a lease. I know my dog and will never let him out without lease; however, he followed me without knowing when I was checking in. Barbara needs to learn in dealing with customers in a proper way. She is the opposite of Heidi, Derrick and Shannon (sorry, I cannot remember the name, I am thinking Shannon?? - courteous friendly and approachable.

The bed was old, worn out and tired. Serious weakness in the middle. Squeaked something fierce, like the old coils had seen enough.
The TV remote never worked and tou coildnt change channels. I mean who cares, tv was watched on my phone. But since the staff said they knew this was a problem before and never fixed it, then acted like they tried to fix it and couldn't. Then told me to go to the SHAW webpage to program my own remote (still didn't work) AND then said they would fix it the next day and did nothing, not even notify the next days staff, complete disfunction. Small time motel over charging guests.
