We arrived in the later afternoon after a long day of driving. When we got to our room, it smelled strangely musty. We were leaving early the next morning, and I was too tired to ask for another room. The breakfast had minimal choices of yogurt and cereal, but my husband had scrambled eggs and sausage. The front desk clerk upon arrival was helpful and friendly, but the front desk clerk in the morning was not. We stayed here because it available and cheaper than other options in the area and was okay for one night.

I was unsure if I’d like our stay here at this hotel in Ludington but it was much better than I expected. Ludington is always a great place to spend a summer day if you like spending time at a beach. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer day at the beach and that was the reason we went way out of our way to stop here. Our hotel room, #135 was large and comfortable, the drain in the tub needs to be snaked. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. The jets on the hot tub are very weak and the filter needs to be improved as the surface of the water looks to be covered with stuff that should be filtered out. The breakfast was about average. I’d say there was little for us to find fault with and would stay here again.
