The hotel is great and centrally located and walking distance to the supermarket, cable car station and eateries. Room is spacious, with an executive chair and working table and comfortable bed and toilet. Washing machines and dryers are provided complimentary on the 3rd floor where the gym and coffee house are located. Reasonable good selection of breakfast buffet spread at the coffee house.

Location was superb, about 20 mins taxi ride from railway station to entrance of hotel. Also short walk to the ancient city and all the attractions! Staff was very helpful and planned our touring routes as well as helped us make bookings. Hotel also provided complimentary costumes which was fun to try out. Loved the river view from the balcony of our room. Bith day n night views were mesmerising! It was great that we were so near to all the attractions yet away from all the noises for a good night sleep! The bedding was so comfortable that I had such a good sleep. Totally enjoyed our 1 night stay, highly recommend!

My welcome was very warm. There was complimentary pick up from the train station, and oranges and candies waiting when I arrived. The old house/hotel was charming, with amazing views over the old town. It was inside the scenic area, which means it was an 8 minute walk to everywhere. The proprietress was very helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to do. My room was coziness itself! Breakfast was adequate enough to keep me fueled until lunch time. I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay and would like to compliment the staff for their outstanding service. The service was truly excellent from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, extremely helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile. Everything was spotless and super clean, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and would highly recommend this place to others.

I arrived late at night during the holidays, and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful. They provided excellent service and assisted us with our luggage right away. The hotel’s location is also fantastic and very convenient. Unfortunately, because we arrived so late, the only room available had a very strong smell of mold, and the air felt quite stale and not fresh. It was a disappointment given how great the service was. I highly recommend other travelers check in as early as possible to secure a better room.

Amazing hotel located in the heart of Zhangjiajie. It is 3 minutes via car to the Tianmen cable car station. Highly recommend to any tourists. The rooms are exceptional and very spacious! I would stay here again with no problem.

We are seasoned travellers. Having travelled to many parts of the world. We have both been to Chima before but mainly for work. I, had visited China on a vacation many, many years ago as a young man. So, this visit felt like we were visiting Chima for the very first time! Our plan was to visit the Zhangjiajie Forest National Par, 72 Wondertown and Tianmen Mountain. Wyndham Garden Hotel Tianmen Mountain hotel was first class. The staff were very helpful and always on hand to help. Though we did not encounter a fluent English speaking staff member, the use of Google Translate was more than enough to get by. Plus good old sign language! Breakfast: Is a buffet and is excellent! Lots to choose from but mainly catered towards an Asian cuisine. Location: Is excellent if visiting Tianmen Mountain. It is within walking distance (15-20min) to the Cable Car Chairlift up the mountain. 72 Wondertown is only a 15min Didi ride away. Zhangjiajie Forest National Park (Avatar Mountains) is approximately 40 to 50min car ride. So, one needs to plan for this. Which means an early start every day and can be tiring. Hotel Room: Is clean and tidy. We asked for non-smoking rooms and hot these. Rooms with a view of Tianmen Mountain were good but noisy. Particularly, if you have the window open during the night. All in all, we enjoyed our stay with Zhangjiajie Garden Tianmen Mountain hotel and we will definitely be back!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! 💛 From the very moment we arrived, we were met at the airport — everything was perfectly organized, comfortable, and done with great care. The staff were incredibly attentive to all our requests — they even prepared vegetarian meals for us, and we’re especially grateful to the chefs for that 🙏 If it weren’t for the hotel staff, we would have definitely gotten lost in the park — they thoughtfully planned out the entire route through all the attractions for us, making everything clear and convenient. The room itself was just amazing! 😍 It turned out to be even better than in the photos — warm floors, heated mattress pads, perfectly clean, bright, and very quiet. Everything we needed was provided, and you can really feel the genuine care for the guests. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for your attention, kindness, and hospitality. ✨ We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Fantastic, centrally located hotel in Wulingyuan. The balcony overlooks the river and it’s great to sit there as evening falls and thetown lights turn on. The private tub on the balcony is relaxing as well. The room is spacious, cleaned daily, and I found the bed especially comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful, varied, and delicious. There’s a laundry room that’s free for guests to use. The machines are efficient and clean. It’s a great location from which to walk to see the town at night, a 10-15 minute walk to the East Entrance to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, and approximately a 30-minute Didi ride to/from Zhangjiajie West Railway Station. I would definitely stay here again!
