Both me and my son enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Although its more like a 'clubbing' area, I feel it is still safe and I have a child with me. And its just two of us. Staffs are friendly and hotel is at a good location. Room is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We had good 4 night of sleep! View from our room is fantastic. Breakfast was good too. Will definitely return again!

We wanted accommodation close to the Arena and this was perfect. The staff, cleanliness, breakfast, accessible bathroom, were all great. Shame about the comfort level of the bed and couch. The bed rolled into the middle big time and was very low. The couch was extremely low making it unusable for a person especially with a disability. They had obviously not thought about this aspect of useability only the bathroom to make it an accessible rating. We would stay again but not in that room and we would enquire about the comfort of the furniture.

This hotel should be better than it is due to what seems like a staff shortage. The beds and the room was fine but a minimum of staff was evident so service struggled. If the intention is to economise then they will not survive. I was instructed to leave the car in the adjacent carpark and was left to struggle with our luggage to the hotel where we loaded our own carriage to take to our room, all this in clear view of other staff. Where was the concierge. We had a drink at the quite busy bar and while waiting for service, we could clearly see that there was no concierge on duty. The carriage we used was left in the hall way until we checked out. Now, if you like Indian food you'll love this place. Trouble is if you don't, go elsewhere. I think a restaurant should be more flexible with their menu.

Great location, friendly staff. Met our expectations. Decor is a little dated and old and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which is a pity, but the hotel was convenient to walk to food outlets, trains and attractions.

The hotel location is incredible. Centrally located and well connected. The parking in the area is a kitchen costly. The staff and service are average. Staff seemed too stressed out, and while breakfast is just interested in your room number. One day, we were asked about 4 times what our room number was! The reception staff seemed like just doing the job..we asked for ice and were told to pick up from under the stairs. When we reached there there is no way to take the ice. So we went back and asked and were told oh sorry they forgot to give us the ice bucket...no apologies..just that the buckets are in the restaurant. So to end it really incredible location,room decor, staff and service can really improve.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were a group of 12 and when we requested extra bottled water, the staff brought it to us with hesitation. There's also a nearby kebab spot thats definitely worth trying! The only downsides were the lack of soft-closing doors and poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear other guest opening and closing doors loudly, and even conversations or arguments from the neighbouring room. Despite these minor issues, i still highly recommend the hotel due to its outstanding service!

Strongly recommend this venue. Greeted by helpful staff who go out of their way to make you comfortable. Nothing is too difficult for them. Very clean rooms with crisp sheets. Perfectly cooked and presented breakfast with a wide range of options.

Standard camera nella norma, pulizia nella norma, colazione buona (per far capire che siamo sinceri). Il vero problema e’ il personale della reception. Scortese, poco informato, non professionale, non si passano le notizie tra di loro, non ti vengono incontro davvero su nulla. Questo ci ha creato un disservizio su una escursione prenotata in anticipo e gia’ pagata. STATENE ALLA LARGA. C’È MOLTO DI MEGLIO IN CENTRO…

酒店鬧中取靜，房間雖然不大，但設計巧妙，設施新，住得他挺舒適的。餐廳衹有早餐，味道還不錯。希望未來可以開晚餐和下午茶，否則這麼好的環境可惜了。

I am giving this hotel an average rating because there are some very good points about the hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The good: Great location, spacious rooms, massive spa bath fits two people easily. Comfy beds. 2 TV's. 2 Air con units. Very quiet despite being next to the freeway. Well fitted out with everything you need. Good amenities on site eg heated pool, sauna, secure parking. The bad: First up got double charged for my room as I had already paid through Booking.com. Secondly after about 1 hour the main aircon which is basically in the middle of the room started leaking water all over the floor, we put a rubbish bucket under it and called the management. Some guy came up and told us that there was nothing he could do because it was a Saturday and the hotel was fully booked. He admitted that it was a known problem. Unfortunately we had to put up with it and the leak changed ends a couple of times and thwarted our attempts to catch all the water. Also the level of cleanliness leaved a lot to be desired. This is not a 4 star hotel. There were crumbs all over the stove top from the previous tenants, rips in the curtains and some stains on the furniture, and the general condition of fixtures was poor for example the silicon around the basin in the bathroom was loose and falling out. General cleanliness was also poor. Probably would not stay again.

PPengguna TetamuThe Westin could be everything you’d want from a great city hotel in a brand new curated precinct with restaurants and bars, let down completely by the incompetence and complete apathy of the staff. The exception was the front desk, with quick friendly service but beyond that it was completely amateur and haphazard. The room service was spotty everyday, and on 2 days the room was not made up, every other day the room coffee cups, milk or spoons or coffee pods or sugar or milk was not replaced or towels not provided. You’d think service staff have a checklist, should be easy right!? The lobby cafe in the hotel called Haven was more like Hell, I had to dedicate a separate review for that as the service was non existent, appalling. Garum again has so much potential, alas the service is astonishingly haphazard, food not delivered, 30 minutes to bring my wine, served up after my meal. Frankly the staff have no idea, the poor manager made up for it, but he is terribly let down by his team, who don’t seem to miss an opportunity to disappoint. Wow so much potential absolutely wasted by something very fixable, if you can’t change the people then change the people! There was clearly a lack of middle management. The porters at the door were equally incompetent or inexperienced, I fumbled my way through the two large entrance doors, and after I made my way through, there was a feeble attempt by one if the porters that lifted his head up from his phone to assist with my hand luggage into my car, he seemed so pleased with himself that he was my knight in shining armour, hopeless. Come on Westin, prove me wrong, really I want this fantastic hotel to succeed in my neighbourhood, I want to recommend you to my colleagues and friends but fix your rubbish service!! Until then I can’t recommend you, I have a reputation to protect something you should care about as well.

DDerrick YLokasi bersebelahan kedai Apple di Perth. Bagus dan tengah. Berhampiran dengan kawasan cbd membeli-belah dan berhampiran dengan pasar raya Woolworths dan Coles di Raine Square. Menggunakannya sebagai pangkalan untuk menerokai Perth betul-betul di sebelah.wesley church yang merupakan tanda tempat yang bagus berhampiran dengan hotel. Tempat letak kereta adalah sukar walaupun dan mahal. Bilik itu sangat bersih dan indah tetapi anda perlu meminta perkara seperti berus gigi dan pencukur yang dihantar ke pintu. Kakitangan yang sopan sentiasa baik dan membantu serta tidak sabar untuk menggembirakan. Saya diberi daftar keluar lewat yang banyak. Wanita pembersih juga sangat baik. Satu isu ialah bilik saya jauh dari lobi lif. Seperkara lagi dispenser air terletak di sebelah tong sampah terbuka dan kadangkala saya dapat melihat lalat berlegar berhampiran tong sambil mengisi watet saya dengan tergesa-gesa di sebelahnya. Secara keseluruhan saya menikmati penginapan saya di sana.

PPengguna TetamuFrom the moment we arrived to the last second of our 2 night stay we were treated like royalty, the room was luxurious with well appointed amenities and soft luxurious bedding. The view is to die for looking out over perth city and the Swan River, and really is breathtaking of a night time. The hotel has a vast amount of thing to entertain you so realistically no need to leave, (and we didnt). Everything is within walking distance so it is very well situated. The pool area is divine with infinity pools and 2 jacuzzi's for those slightly cooler days. The bars and restaurants are excellent with a wide variety of food and drinks to satisfy every craving! Even if it is some dirty old mcdonalds haha. Overall this experience was a 6 star experience. Definitely one we will be doing again very soon in the future.

JJooneWhat I loved: Excellent location and beautiful room. Coles is just across the road,& beach is right infront of the hotel! Pool area is just gorgeous ! Like at a villa! What I didn’t like: Not sure if it is design of the doors, but the heavy slamming of doors really bothered me throughout my 3nights. No room slippers or toothpaste in the room. Breakfast selection was disappointing.

PPengguna TetamuI would call this hotel ”very average” the only good thing it really has going for it is the location which is great. The hassles started when we had a flight cancelled by Virgin. Despite speaking to the manager, the hotel would not credit is for the 1 night lost (or extend our stay by one night). No negotiation. No refund. We had upgraded our room to a pool view. You can see from the photo that it is more a car park view. I can't say I have seen a bigger car park. It was that big it almost shut out the daylight. I did complain and we did get moved after 1 night to a slightly better room. I overheard a conversation from another customer who was similarly unimpressed. The hotel are being disin genuous with their advertising. It's a large conferment hotel with very basic customer service. The breakfasts are average. The rooms are tired Or room wasnt cleaned one day and when I enquired the answer was ”they were too busy”!!! I summary only stay here if they're is morning else in female.

PPengguna TetamuLoved this hotel. I was a little nervous about some of the review/descriptions describing it as shipping containers -- but once you are there, it just feels like any normal hotel. The rooms are compact, but totally sufficient. The design is great, beds are super comfortable, AC worked well, bathroom was really nice. And the service was fantastic. It's a boutique hotel and you really felt the personal touch. They warmly greeted us on arrival, were happy to store our bags, gave all kinds of great advice, etc. On the morning of our check-out, we had to get an early start and hit the road at 7am (to catch the 7:30 ferry to Rottnest Island). Breakfast starts at 7am, so when we asked the night before if we could get some kind of to-go box, the lady at the front desk said she would just arrive a little early in the morning and have everything ready at 6:45 so we could eat something before we left the hotel. Amazing! They also let us just leave our suitcases in our room and said they would bring them down and store them at the front desk. We really felt like they actually cared about us and were willing to do whatever to make our stay great. Highly recommend!

SShareTipsGood value for its price level. Basic room, clean enough despite being rather dated (still using the traditional key with that big plastic attachment). Check-in staff, breakfast & location also good. A few stops on the free Red CAT from Perth Stn to the block behind. A block away is the wonderful vast expanse of Langley Park with the Swan River at the side.

TTazzyThis service apartment is located in a very good location, just 1 min walk to CAT bus station, many convenient stores / nice place for lunch & dinner nearby. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the city is a plus, staff is nice and friendly overall. A little bit trouble when doing the check-in though ( We arrived on Sunday afternoon which reception already closed, need to go to convenient store inside the hotel to take the room keys.)
