Hotel berhampiran Trabocchi, Pescara

Hotel in posizione ottimale. Situato sul Lungomare Colombo, basta attraversare la strada per trovarsi sui vari lidi o poter fare una lunga passeggiata. La struttura è tenuta bene, con arredi moderni e spazi grandi. La camera era bella, ben arredata, con balcone vista mare, anche se essendo al primo piano il mare non si vedeva perché coperto da un edificio difronte. Peccato per la mancanza del frigorifero in camera. Il vero problema della camera però era il bagno, che aveva una porta in vetro satinato, basculante e senza serratura. Zero privacy, soprattutto se si hanno dei figli che non stanno mai fermi. Inoltre altro problema era la vasca da bagno, mezza vasca per la precisione, senza protezioni per non far cadere acqua. Risultato, finite le docce giornaliere dopo mare, il bagno era allagato e facilmente si portava acqua in camera sotto le pantofole. Da migliorare!! Riguardo la colazione, c’è una buona scelta sia dolce che salato, solo che i cornetti escono 6 per volta e data la tanta gente che li aspetta è inevitabile che finiscano immediatamente. Infine il personale è sempre cordiale e pronto a risolvere i problemi dei clienti, niente da dire, solo ci vorrebbe qualche sorriso in più… Comunque consiglio questo hotel, per la posizione e per la struttura.

Totally hate the staying here, it ruined my hollyday even from the begining. So: I made a reservation from Romania for 2 persons : me and my daughter and they asked for a 2night deposit (even if they advertise as not necessary). Anyway, I paid for the deposit and when I got at the property, I was told I need to pay for the whole staying in advance…weird but I agreed with that. I was assured that my 246 euros (the initial deposit) would be returned in one day or two. 5 days later ane I still don’t have my money back. The toilet broke while I was there asked for it to be repairted, the shower was horrible and the walls dirty. What really bothers is the attitude from the reception which is totally unfriendly…I could say hostile. This is not what I paid for and never will ome back here ciiihhh 😥😥😥 What is really good is the cleaning personnel: very friendly, impeccable work: everyday cleaning is perfect even though I didn ask for some of it it was realized as it should be. 🙏🏻 Breakfast was poor: I had fresh vegetables in one single occasion and in some other occasions I had the feeling it was the dinner from the previous day…not happy at all

Ho trovato per caso questo B&B cercando su Google, incuriosita dalle ottime recensioni e dalle camere ho contattato Tony. Ho trovato subito, durante la chiamata, una persona deliziosa, gentilissima e cortese che ci ha ospitato nella sua struttura. Per noi è stato l’appoggio per una sola notte (come tappa di rientro dalla vacanze) ma se fossi stata prima a conoscenza del posto non avrei avuto dubbi sul risceglierlo. Tony ci ha aspettati e accolti nonostante fosse ora di cena, e anche durante il tragitto per Pescara è stato molto carino nel chiederci come stesse andando il viaggio. Camera super pulita, arredata in maniera impeccabile, con tutti i confort del caso (per dire, in camera c’era una ciotolina con delle caramelle). Lo spazio colazione ricco di tantissimi cibi dolci e salati (insieme a macchinetta del caffè e a utensili vari) è sempre accessibile durante il giorno. Tony ci ha anche fornito indicazioni su dove andare a cena, dove parcheggiare ecc… insomma un’host impeccabile. È stato davvero un piacere soggiornare qui! Grazie!

We stayed a week here. Accessibility wise, it is only a short walk to the beach and restaurants BUT it is down and then up a very steep hill. Unless you like fish, most of the nearby restaurants will not suit you. Would recommend having a car due to these facts. There is a courtesy mini bus service to a beach which was at a cost of €25 euros per day inc umbrella, chairs etc. We ate dinner in the restaurant twice. The food was very good but is a limited menu. Portion size on the small size. We ate breakfast most mornings which at €5 is good value for money . Varied buffet breakfast with lovely local bread and cakes, fruit yoghurt etc, cold meat and cheeses and scrambled eggs. We booked 6 months in advance and were disappointed with the room allocated to us. We had booked a superior room and queried on the first night if that was what we were in. We were assured we were……but….. on further conversation the next day with very helpful check in desk staff, it became clear we were in one half of a family room. There was not much difference in amenity except the superior room was approx 8-10 m2 bigger…..so a huge difference. We were subsequently moved on night 3 of 7 so this aspect was disappointing and the photos on the website of various rooms are very misleading. We felt slightly cheated over this. There is also an issue with noise from other rooms which is audible for sure but did not cause us any significant issue. In terms of the rooms and public areas, the gardens and pool areas are very pleasant to spend time in. The restaurants for breakfast and dinner are ok too. The rooms and corridors are tired and do need refreshing in our view, especially the bathrooms which are showing signs of age with black mould in a lot of the grouting. Lastly, the staff throughout the hotel were outstanding in every respect. The service was exceptional…… friendly, informative, professional and efficient. 10/10. Had this not been the case we would have reviewed it at 3/5.

We would like to say big thanks for the whole team! Our booking has a long story since Covid time, finally we got it from 20th to 27th June. The reception team is really friendly, the restaurant people are super helpful and fast. The breakfast is quick, lots of pastries, cakes, pies, muffins, croissants, jams like everywhere in Italy . I would suggest to add some vegetables, greens for healthy breakfast lovers. Marko at the beach is a great man, super friendly and caring))). Sea is perfect for small kids, sunbeds are new and top quality. The area is quiet and full of local people. Along the beach you will find numerous cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops, pizzerias. Location is just perfect!

The hotel was located outside the old Town, as we drive a car, it is no problem for us to drive to the town. The hotel is clean. Facilities we enough for traveling guest. The breakfast was very good. Only 5 euro per person but had many things to choose.

Abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel una settimana di mezza pensione e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gentilezza e disponibilità contraddistinguono tutto il personale dell’hotel, dai ragazzi della reception ai camerieri (in particolare Ermelinda, carinissima e gentilissima), passando per le addette alla pulizia. Cibo fantastico, colazione molto ricca e cena/pranzo composti da buffet di antipasti e contorni, primo, secondo e dolce. Molto buono anche il ristorante aperto solo a pranzo con menù alla carta e accessibile a tutti i bagnanti, oltre che la pokeria. Spesso la sera vengono organizzati eventi di intrattenimento come la “cena tipica abruzzese” con tutti i prodotti tipici della regione, sia di carne sia di pesce. Reception aperta 24h e parcheggio disponibile all’interno del cortile dell’hotel (disponibile eventualmente anche il garage a pagamento). Camera spaziosa e confortevole, pulita ogni giorno. Consiglio: se avete il sonno leggero chiedete di non essere sistemati nelle camere che affacciano sulla ferrovia, anche se a noi non ha creato alcun problema. L’hotel si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia. Con la tessera club (35,00€ a persona) si può accedere alla piscina dell’hotel (consiglio di portare la cuffia) e al lido attrezzato con ombrellone provvisto di un lettino e di una sdraio. La struttura fornisce anche teli mare e ciabattine. Spiaggia sabbiosa, mare limpido e pulito in cui risulta molto piacevole fare lunghe passeggiate e bagni. Struttura frequentata prevalentemente da coppie di signori e famiglie con bambini piccoli. Unica nota: “il responsabile della sicurezza” - come a lui piace definirsi - pecca leggermente di superbia nei confronti dei colleghi, abbiamo assistito a una scena poco carina, ma d’altronde bisogna sempre portare pazienza. L’hotel è ovviamente super consigliato!
