Hotel Iris

This is a wonderful family operated place to stay. Beautiful scenery, caring staff, and absolutely delicious food. We had relatives in the area that we had never met and they went out of their way to help us find them. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Highly recommended!

Our family of 4 adults had a great stay at Hotel Iris for 2 nights. This is a lovely rustic stay on the edge of town. The breakfast was great, and we even enjoyed dinner at the restaurant both nights - they offer simple but well-prepared meals that are just what you want after a long day of touring. The rooms are basic, and without AC but were comfortable enough for what we needed. We also enjoyed have evening drinks by the pool, surrounded by nature. Special thanks to Alex for all his help throughout our stay - he was always there from breakfast through dinner to help us with any questions (or translations) we needed.

Iris Hotel is an excellent 3Star hotel. The rooms are reasonably well equipped and comfortable if a bit basic. The restaurant is not brilliant. After eating there the first night we went out ever other night. Our stay was three nights. Whilst the hotel was basic the staff and management were amazing. One of our number was taken ill whilst we were there but two of the staff took her to the local clinic and made sure she was seen, acted as interpreters and took them to the Pharmacy. After this they helped us with restaurant choices and bookings and advised us on walks through the national park. Go there the staff will make your stay in the Abruzzo national park a much better experience.

Sono Stella e ho apprezzato molto la cordialità, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale e dei suoi proprietari. Le camere sono pulite, i servizi ottimi, e l'ambiente ti fa sentire come a casa. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. La colazione con prodotti caserecci ( fatti in casa) molto buoni. Da consigliare!!!! Tornerò di sicuro .

Servizio molto attento alle esigenze del cliente nonché cordiale, vige pulizia. La cucina è veramente ottima. Cucina tipica di zona rivisitata in modo raffinato. Inoltre sono intolleranti al lattosio e la struttura si è dimostrata disponibile nel gestire questa mia esigenza

Albergo da consigliare a tutti. Ospitalità, pulizia, disponibilità, colazione, posizione e tanto altro ancora sono i punti forza di questa struttura. Da consigliare senza ombra di dubbio. Complimenti a tutti e la prossima volta so già dove alloggiare a Pescasseroli 😀

Un posto stupendo che rispecchia perfettamente la meraviglia del contesto naturalistico in cui è inserito. Tutto è semplicemente perfetto. Le camere sono pulitissime e curate nel minimo dettaglio anche e soprattutto nella logica del rispetto dell'ambiente. Tutta quanta la struttura è pulita, curata ed ideata come se fosse un vero e proprio chalet di montagna. Le persone sono il fiore all'occhiello di questa realtà. Dolcissime e molto professionali le donne delle pulizie. Laura alla reception sempre sorridente e pronta ad aiutarti ed accontentarti. E poi ci sono loro Daniel e Antonella che con la loro cordialità, disponibilità e simpatia ti dimostrano come nella vita il proprietario non è un capo, ma sa e può essere un leader: tolti gli abiti dell'accoglienza e del front office, mettevano su i guanti per pulire il lavandino del bar o la divisa da cameriere per servire ai tavoli durante le colazioni o le cene, insieme al preparatissimo personale di sala. Daniel e Antonella sono instancabili, sempre presenti e accudenti in maniera affabile, per garantire agli ospiti comfort e relax a 360'. Grazie alla prontezza e disponibilità di Daniel e del suo staff sono riuscita anche a fare una gustosissima sorpresa in camera a mio marito! Il rapporto qualità prezzo è super: abbiamo mangiato divinamente e soggiornato in una camera super bella Molto consigliato.

Niente da dire... abbiamo addirittura allungato il nostro soggiorno. Struttura molto pulita, poco distante dal centro di Pescasseroli che è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Colazione eccellente e molto varia, letto comodissimo. Ottima l'ospitalità e la disponibilità degli host
