Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Jinghong

The location is excellent. It is closed to many restaurants. Across street is a mall with a few stores. The staff  service is excellent. I was given a cup of tea when I register. I asked for a room on the upper floor and was given one. The room has everything that I need. I prefer a bright room with light switches by the bed and they are all there. Even the curtain can be closed by a button. The breakfast is adequate. My personal preference is more western style breakfast but I guess their clientele is mostly chinese. Coffee is provided in the breakfast area as well as inside the room. 2 ‘balls’ of tea were provided daily which I love.  I like the shower room . The shower room with the toilet remains dry because the shower has a door. I like the shower gel , shampoo and conditioner dispenser as they are more environmentally friendly.  I received a WeChat that even offers  ‘doing the laundry for us and return the clothes to our room ‘. The owner really try his best to please his customers. When I return my room card, the staff gave me a big surprise, a box of rose cookies for my trip. What a pleasant surprise. This hotel deserves many more ( all )  5s because it really strive to help and assist their clients. Stay here when you are looking for a hotel. You will agree with my comments.

位置：在告莊裡，離星光夜市步行10分鐘，（不過最大的毛病就是告莊堵車，但不是酒店的問題）住店可以在對面的地下停車場免費停車，出門前跟前台報車牌號。 環境：超級漂亮，很出片…游泳池很美，外圍都是標誌性建築物。房間也很大 服務：頭天就有管家聯繫需不需要接站接機，都很熱情，大廳裏有免費的鮮花餅和茶可以喝 早餐有麪包、炸物、水果、粥、麪條、雞蛋也不錯，都比較新鮮、乾淨

The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the breathtaking beauty of the rainforest. The resort is nestled right in the heart of nature, offering a peaceful and serene environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The villas are beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My kids especially loved their cozy beds and the balcony with a view of the lush greenery. One of the highlights of our trip was the excellent service provided by our butler, Xiaodai. From the first day, he was incredibly attentive and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, answering all our questions and giving us great recommendations on what to do and see around the area. Whether it was arranging a fun jungle adventure for the kids or helping us find a delicious local restaurant, Xiaodai was always there with a smile on his face and a can-do attitude. The resort also has a variety of activities for kids, which kept my little ones entertained throughout our stay. They had a blast exploring the nature trails, participating in the kids' club activities, and swimming in the pool. It was so nice to see them having so much fun while also learning about the rainforest and its unique ecosystem. In addition, the food at the resort was delicious. There was a wide selection of dishes to choose from, and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. The staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had a pleasant dining experience. Overall, our stay at Manyin Rainforest Resort Villa was truly unforgettable. It's the perfect place to bring your family for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway with their kids. 這次住的這家泊爾特酒店真是不錯，提供接機服務，價格適中，條件很好，空調和熱水都特別給力，老闆娘和前台小妹都特別熱情，服務態度也很好，我們住的是兩個房間的套房，兩個獨立衞浴間，衞生間都特別大，適合一家四口這種，兩個獨立陽台，房間隔音玻璃效果很好，關上玻璃門，一點聲音都沒有，周圍吃飯買東西特別方便，離星光夜市兩三百米遠，有停車的地方，就在酒店對面，每次都需要前台小妹帶你停車，因為地下車庫太複雜了，她能引領你停在最方便進出的地方。到西雙版納來玩，推薦大家住這家哈！

真心好評，乾淨衞生，東西很新，床上用品一看就是一客一換，住着放心，不像剛來頭一天住的酒店，圖片挺好，房間很破舊😅。一次用品品質也很好。早起趕飛機，還能多睡會，老闆早上送機，十分鐘就到了，服務很親切，感覺很不錯！

房間更是無可挑剔。寬敞明亮的空間，佈置得温馨典雅。柔軟舒適的床鋪，彷彿是雲朵做成的，讓人一躺下去就不想起來😴。高品質的床品，細膩柔軟，觸感極佳。房間內的設施一應俱全，智能控制系統讓操作變得輕鬆便捷，現代化的衞浴設備乾淨整潔，洗漱用品也都是高品質的👍。而且，房間的視野非常好，可以欣賞到城市的美景或酒店內部的花園景觀，讓人心情愉悦🌆。

While it was just one night I was very impressed with this Hotel. From the pick up from the train station to the check in, the beautiful room, and fantastic breakfast! All the staff were so kind and courteous. The hotel and room are so well appointed with minimal but thoughtful design. The location is great too, just next to the night market and Mekong river walkway. Highly recommend!

客房舒適度：客房寬敞乾淨整潔，床鋪鬆軟舒適，電器品質上乘，操作便捷。枕被舒適，酒店環境一級棒，床品嶄新，枕頭舒適愜意。 設施設備：設施設備齊全，包括智能設施和自動馬桶，房間內設施全面。 服務：經理和前台小姐姐細心周到，貼心熱情，需求總能提前洞悉並及時滿足，服務好的沒話説。 衞生：酒店房間乾淨整潔，衞生打掃很好，環境乾淨寬敞明亮！

西雙版納二刷，上次匆匆之別、在選酒店可謂是重中之重,在對比了N家之後，看到莎縵的口碑還挺好的，首先要表揚一下接機服務 很貼心'師傅人也很好,在租車和包車。最終選擇了包車遊玩，價格也很划算，主要是靠譜還能省心不用自己做攻略，師傅就是行走的全能保姆一樣！推薦！酒店也很滿意住着非常安心。酒店獨棟,地理位置非趁好,步行的星光夜市也僅需要10分鐘，旁邊就是版納各種各樣的特色餐廳，去哪兒都方便。酒店整體設計時尚簡約，房間非常寬敞，陽台可以看到湄公河、晚上坐在這裏看夜景還有什麼煩惱可言?酒店的露天游泳池設計感十足，非常適合打卡拍照，還有茶室、休閑區和健身房，真的超方便。早餐非常豐富，小朋友説都是特喜歡吃的,安心也舒適。如果你也來西雙版納旅行的話，可以考慮住在這裏。
