可以説是版納酒店天花板了！（反正我覺得是哈哈）設施超級齊全，工作人員態度也超好！細節全部拉滿，本人很認枕頭 基本住酒店就沒睡好過，但是這家就是放了高低不同的枕頭可以自己選擇，超人性化（近期出去玩的這麼多地方，這裏睡的最好）小住半個月體驗一下真正的歲月靜好，酒店位置打車又方便，又很靜謐，門口還有家超級無敵好吃的當地燒烤，有吃有喝有玩，環境好到可以拍照拍一天（不誇張，真的拍了一天哈哈哈）家人們一定要來體驗一下，舒服到不想出去玩，能在酒店呆一天！！！！（回去努力搬磚，爭取早點再來度假半個月）（照片給大家感受一下酒店有多好拍！超級出片！！！）

We had stay at this villa. The service was excellent. The entire complex is 900 or so villas spread over the mountains. Many are privately owned and many are owned by various hotel groups. Our group had wonderful service and came right away with their electric car to bring us to wherever we needed to go. They were also helpful with advice on nearby attractions. It was easy to get DiDi cars to sights we wanted to go to. The pool complex on top of the mountain was a favorite for us with our 5 year old daughter. It has a center large main pool ranging from 1.4 to 1.7m deep. On both side of the main pool are smaller pools great for kids to enjoy. The scenic views from the pool were amazing. Inside the villa complex there is a small grocery store with basic needs for items need in the villa kitchen. 西双版纳 是我向往的地方，终于来了！庆幸选了这家别墅式酒店，性价比很高！这个房间离超大无边游泳池最近，如果不是带小孩，拿游泳圈啊等等太多东西，完全可以走路从房间到泳池，几分钟就可以走到。到机场有商务车接送到酒店，退房后老板亲自开车送去机场，每天都有两位帅哥不厌其烦地开着电车无数次接送我们，服务非常贴心也很用心！酒店免费早餐、当地傣族大姐做的很地道美味的米线、面条、米条（米粉）任你选～ 云南粘糯玉米，牛奶，鸡蛋等等～特别需要夸奖的是准备早餐大姐的七岁女儿，每天早上帮助妈妈把早餐给我们端上桌，小大人一样的，棒棒哒！不由自主地联想到我小时候也是这样帮妈妈分担的～除了去景区，孩子每天都要在泳池玩上好几个小时～ 总之 选择这家别墅酒店你就赚到啦！！

第一次體驗住獨棟別墅酒店，感覺非常不一樣，一瞬間還以為自己就是別墅的主人，獨立院落有很多花花草草，環境非常優美，而且還是沿江的，風景很開闊，我住的是二樓大床，房間裝修真的很典雅奢華，加上大浴缸主打一個高端舒適，負一還有各種棋牌室，KTV房，健身房，電影房，桌球房，可以説是相當齊全了，而且是包早餐的，一覺醒來就有飯吃，離西雙版納的景點也都很近，都是十分鐘左右的車程，來版納想住的舒服，真的可以來他們家體驗一下

選了幾家酒店，對比了一下，終於選了這家五星客棧。這家客棧非常不錯，地理位置好，在告庄中心，離夜市很近，出門就能打到車。房間衛生也很乾凈，漂亮，環境也好，有獨立寬敞的游泳池，水也乾淨。服務方面也做得很到位，我們辦好λ住，前台小姐姐主動幫我們提行李，每次出門都主動給我們打招呼，老闆人也好，很和氣。這是一次非常滿意的體驗，值得推葯。

兄弟們，放心沖，酒店一進門真的是驚艷到了，環境特別不錯，是周圍環境最好的了，性價比非常高，我們來的時候，老闆安排了接送機，入住送了下午茶，整個酒店可以看到版納城區70-80的全景，整個酒店在別墅區的最高位置，蚊蟲也基本沒見到，店裡的前台小哥也非常熱情，因為酒店真的非常舒服，到版納的兩天基本上景區都沒怎麼去，就在酒店裡跟老闆聊天喝茶，游泳看風景了😅😅😅，絕對是寶藏酒店🏨，大家請閉眼放心入！！

酒店入住會分配管家，點名表揚勤懇打工人小劉！服務熱情真誠，給我推薦本地服裝市場、吃菌子最佳時令地點、擁堵時段幫忙排隊打車去景區，真趕時間甚至能直接借我小電動～酒店領導看見這麼認真的員工給他加一下雞腿好嗎！
管家服務五星，但是客房服務還可以提高。入住三天，中間續住一次被忘了打掃房間和補充日常消耗品。到下午還沒打掃催了好幾次。水和浴巾急用先補了還行。平時會缺一些生活用品，給前台打電話都會送上來。
總的來説，入住體驗還不錯。

We stayed three nights in this newly open hotel. The location is perfect, close to almost everything: night market, river bank, bridge… The swimming pool is beautiful. We can stay inside the room to enjoy the nice night view of Banna.
The room is tidy and clean. The breakfast is yummy with a good combination of local food and western style (nice coffee). The hotel provides free laundry for all guests, which is remarkable.
The owners are with advanced hotel service concept and can speak English. Definitely will recommend to our freinds.
Banna is a very beautiful place and we enjoyed a lot here in this hotel.

DDongtianzaoqiqushangban這個酒店我真的愛了。主要是服務真的太好了。感動😹😹😹。前台接待的小姐姐和小哥哥都超級nice。一直問我們缺不缺礦泉水、幫我們清理垃圾、出門在附近吃飯 都是拿可愛的觀光車接送我們，尤其是中午 天氣炎熱 也是非常耐心的來幫助我們。倍感親切。
由於是和朋友一起出行。我們是兩對夫妻，所以專門定了套房、一共有兩間房，非常寬敞，最重要的是有兩個衞生間，不會相互打擾、非常方便！
早餐的米粉一定要嘗試下。味道真的不錯。喜歡吃辣的記得跟阿姨講～不夠可以兩碗😄

RRoss AndrewThis place was a real delight! The hotel occupies the whole of 9th floor of one of the taller buildings in Gaozhuang. When stepping out of the elevator you are in a large space which is the reception area where there always seems to be at least one, if not more, friendly and helpful members of staff to check you in / out or to provide you with advice on where nearby to go for lunch etc. The rooms are all self contained apartments. We had a double bedroom, a well appointed living room and kitchen, two full bathrooms, a washing machine with laundry detergent provided gratis and a balcony with a wonderful view of the night market. Ohh and the balcony has a bathtub on it in case you want to have a soak outside….Not a word of English was spoken here, but they were extremely excited to have a foreign guest, so if you can’t speak Chinese I’m sure you will get a very warm welcome from the staff who will go out of their way to make you feel at ease.

PPengguna TetamuI had read the previous reviews before booking and felt a little tentative based on what people had said about service. Well, Either those people are complete liars or the staff read those reviews and upped their game but they have done an amazing job here. I stayed for a week and a friend stayed in another room, for the price for the location, for the cleanliness, for the amenities, and for the kindness of the staff I will always always stay here when coming back to this area. Breakfast isn't a choice, but it's huge and delicious. Housekeeping will clean anytime of day you're out, and the staff was WONDERFUL, welcoming, accommodating and friendly. A beautiful place. I had the suite next to the elevator with a balcony to the busy street and had NO problems having a great night of sleep every night. If you're worried about noise they give you earplugs in the room, but I never needed them. Great products and a huge bath that filled up quickly with hot water. Easy walking distance to the night market and lots of food and shopping. Thank you for a great stay!
