Terrible smell in the room. They didn't even bother to clean the kettle and cups before allowing us enter the room

good choice with the price rate..near to many places e.g offices, restaurant ... near to IKEA and Damansara area..

Staff is friendly and the room is clean .place is convenient and eateries are easy to access

The Hotel is good if you want a quiet place to stay at Damansara

Room was clean and comfy. Service was good. Breakfast choices were very limited though. There was friend rice, white bread with jam and butter, and coffee only. Hopefully the hotel will take the initiative ti improve on that aspect

Facilities need to be improved. Having to paid 200+ a night is a lot considered the room size and facilities offered. Staff were somehow very helpful and attend in timely manners. Parking: There is no reserved parking for hotel thus guest need to pay max. overnight stay at RM18. The basement parking isn’t connected to the hotel lobby via lift. So be mindful to drop your elderly upfront at lobby prior to park at basement. Room environment: Room is smaller like those budget hotel. The bed was so comfy & clean. Love it! The lighting somehow too warm. For ladies, it might be a little troublesome getting your makeup done. Other: A lot of plug point is damaged in the room. Fridge is not functioning because of faulty plug. Iron is outside at the end of hallway. Oh, please replace it! It’s steam type iron and the boiled water splashed out cause the cover was broken. Not to mention the wiring already extremely damaged. This is so unsafe.

Need to clean under the bed. Its too dirty but overall stay is ok

It is very surprise to have the standard like this. Hotel owner should really take it serious. We decided to checkout right in few minute but reception didn’t provide any solution.

We reached early they give us check in early and very friendly and nice talking.

Booked this room for my tenant while my unit has to do some renovations work.

Overall good. Just parking dont have facilities to get flat rate for hotel guests

Bed Very dirty and disappointer，room have ghost，my hold neck and face very itchy now

Nearby have lots of food selection within walking distance. Suitable for business travel at nearby areas.
