The best Hampton inn that I have visited, so beautiful, clean and modern. The customer service was amazing. The hotel has two lines more than Three Star hotel, definitely I will come back I want to be more than one night. Besides it's located in a very calm zone.

We stayed over for only one night to visit family. Our room was perfect for us and gave us everything we needed for our one night. I particularly enjoyed the presence of a small dining booth. Being a retro nut, this really appealed to me with its charm and was unexpected. Our only problem was, of all things, the mattress! Though extremely comfortable, it slid on the surface of its pedestal. We were not aware of its movement until my husband awoke during the night with intense back pain, as he had fallen asleep sitting up while our mattress was traveling south! Because I was laying down, I didn't notice our slow voyage. Our one and only suggestion would be to somehow secure mattresses to prevent Guests from inadvertently moving them. Even so, we would definitely stay there again, due to the location for our needs, cleanliness and charming room touches.

Our travel group landed in Oakland, and on the way to Petaluma, our rental car was broken into in Oakland, including our clothes, toiletries, luggage, computers. We arrived to quality Inn late on Friday night. We checked in with Aaron at the front desk. We had asked if there were any 24 hour convenience stores where we can buy toiletries and after hearing our story, he gathered all the toiletries that he could provide us with, and that got us through our long weekend in Petaluma/Napa/Sonoma. The location of quality inn is close to the industrial area of Petaluma and near a lot of breweries (Henhouse and Lagunitas) . A lot of the breweries in that location tend to close early but you are just a 10 minute drive from downtown Petaluma. Petaluma is close-ish to Sonoma and Napa as long as you factor in traffic, it’s definitely worth the value if you don’t want to stay in Napa proper, especially during peak seasons (other hotels in napa proper were over $1000 for 3 nights!). The parking lot has a lot of EV chargers. I never felt unsafe at this hotel, but I did notice a number of homeless looking people wandering the street next to the hotel, but police were always on patrol. We got the king suite, which actually has a separate living space area with a bar top and microwave and mini refrigerator. Having the space was really nice, even though we were just 1 couple. The room itself isn’t very modern but it was clean. And as long as you are not going to spend your entire time in the hotel, it’s totally worth it. They also provide a continental breakfast in the mornings and a pool. We didnt use it but families with kiddos were always there. Definitely worth the money during peak travel seasons in Sonoma and Napa.

you can't go wrong with a BW. Although some are more swank than others, generally depending on location This an OK location, and the service was good even though they were really busy. The single room was just this side of tiny. The bathroom was way small, like step outside to change your mind small , There was good water pressure and lots of ”right now” hot water. The breakfast area is way too small for the location, so I'd get there early as you can. There was adequate parking, and the location is just a short distance from a Target and it's friends.

This is a relatively NEW HOTEL! That beats a large segment of the market by big factor. Room quality and cleanliness was top notch. It is not in central NAPA but you need to drive anyway if you visit this region. Free parking.

Decided to stay in the more affordable town of Petaluma for our Sonoma wine tour trip . This hotel was in walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. The adjacent Shuckery restaurant was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a very good place to stay. First off, let me say that the room was physically fine, nothing was wrong with it. Of course, they had the obligatory price tag on the bottled water, sort of a put off. Also, a mini fridge but no microwave in the room. The available microwave on the 1st floor was filthy. At the desk during my check in they asked if I had a vehicle. Okay, I said I did, and the young man gave me something to put on the dash. He didn't tell me that they were going to charge me for, and get ready: parking in an unprotected public, open lot. Absolutely ridiculous. Next issue, the people in the next room came in at 2:30am and started to have some sort of party. I called the front desk at 3:30am and they did call the room that was producing all the noise. The people quieted down, so I thought. Actually, they left and returned half an hour later and started to make a racket again. I had to get up at 5am so I basically just gave up. The hotels that have been recently built all have paper thin walls. Often you can hear the people tin the next room when they're talking in normal voices. In this case the people in the next room were screaming, laughing, etc. Also, no coffee in the lobby until 7am and then it was a Starbucks which of course you pay for big time. The coffee maker in the room produced pretty bad stuff. Breakfast is also not free but fairly expensive. I visited the fitness center, meh! Not much there. There are many other hotel options that handle all these situations much better. Stay at one of those.
