酒店設施不算新，但是衛生還是很乾凈。最優秀的是服務，前台餐廳保安客房還有機場接送的司機英文都很好溝通無障礙，態度也好。 酒店在市區往喜馬拉雅山脈方向行駛的小山丘上。房間直接可以看到山景。酒店入口隔壁鄰居養的羊和雞很可愛的。周圍都是當地人的居所，很安靜。 酒店餐廳吃的東西不錯，味道很好。按摩的小姐姐手法很好的。

Loved it. We had the family room and it is at the front is the hotel. A little bit noisy (the other rooms are quiet and peaceful), but we loved the room. Nice beds, good shower. This hotel is close to the lake, great location. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Thank you so much. We loved our stay!

Несмотря на накрывшую Покхару мглу нам удалось чудесно провести время в этом отеле. В принципе, отель можно и не покидать - предлагается масса удобств и форм активности. Не особо зацепил, пожалуй, только Спа. Еда вкусная. Логистика в город - канатка или такси. Или пешком :) Кстати о смоге в конце сезона - наверху его значительно меньше, воздух чище. по соседству - зиплайн/банджиджампинг/параглайдинг. За безупречный сервис на private dining спасибо Raj.

Bintang tasik hotel terletak di jalan nombor 13. Berdekatan dengan Tasik Fewa, Pokhara. Bangunan hotel ini adalah 6 tingkat. Terdapat lif di hadapan bangunan. Tetapi lif dihentikan kerana kurang bilangan tetamu yang datang akibat COVID. Sarapan La Cate dihidangkan pada waktu pagi dari 7:30 pagi hingga 9:30 pagi. Bilik kami mempunyai satu katil double dan satu katil single. Bilik ini mempunyai tv, penyaman udara, telefon, almari pakaian, bilik mandi bersambung. Bilik mandi bersambung mempunyai tab mandi dengan air panas dan sejuk. Hotel ini mempunyai ruang duduk jenis taman kecil di hadapan. Di luar hotel terdapat kawasan terbuka untuk parkir kereta.

スタッフの方が皆親切でした。Wifiの接続が上手くできない時はすぐに部屋をかえてくださり、チェックアウトの時間が朝食前と知った時は、お弁当を持たせてくれました。 場所は中心街から少し離れていますが、その分静かで、レイクサイドを散歩するととても気持ちよかったです。特に夜はライトアップされて雰囲気がよく、お隣の遊園地でも楽しめました。 プールはいつも清潔に保たれていました。広くてお天気の日は最高です。 ありがとうございます。

Nice and cozy hotel in a great location, the rooms are clean and spacious with little balconies, the outdoor pool and rooftop restaurant has a nice view of the lake, Peace Pagoda and the Sarangkot hill, there are a lot of options for breakfast and was a nice surprise every morning, we happened to stay over at a particularly rainy night the hotel lend us umbrellas, very sweet of them

A beautiful resort and with fantastic staff and food. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.it also have a nice view of stupa and shiva temple from the room. However the resort is in lakeside but it is in quite place. The Buffet Breakfast provided the resort was awesome and delicious.

Loved staying here. We booked 2 deluxe rooms for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious, two large and very comfortable beds and air conditioning. We had a small balcony and were lucky enough (given it is monsoon season) to see the mountains from it. The restaurant breakfast is fine, and we are dinner twice which was very good. Location is excellent, close to the main road in Lakeside area, but down a quiet side street. The staff are very pleasant, always attentive and helpful, checking we had everything we needed and were happy. I would definitely recommend staying here and would go back if we return to Nepal.

We stayed here for 4 nights after a trek and didn't want to leave. From the minute the staff welcomed us we could see this was a very different experience than many hotels in Nepal. You could comfortably use this hotel as a base and explore Pokhara, the lake, villages, mountains and temples from here. We experienced two rooms - one called Chakra and a Chalet and I wouldn't worry which you have - they are all very large, private and have stunning local architecture.A view of the garden is as lovely as a view of the hills. I'd like to have tried the most remote ones in the field, the Grand lodges. The restaurant is high end with a wide variety of food and cocktails (try the sangria!) with notably impressive, sensitive service. We often had food delivered up to our room. The marble pool is cooling and luxurious and we had amazing massages, facial and a private yoga class in the studio overlooking the fields at sunset. But for me, most importantly the hotel was conceived and constructed over many years with environmental and social considerations built in. Most of the lodges are powered by their own solar panels, water is carefully reused in flushing or the farm, no single-use plastic, most of the food is locally sourced. 50% of profits support local initiatives from supporting organic farming practices to a local education social enterprise specialising in hospitality with the hotel employing many of the graduates. Please make sure you bring enough cash to put in the tip box at the end of your stay - ideally enough for at least 10% of your food, drink and spa bill. The staff don't solicit tips, which made our stay more relaxing than some places, and the central box means that the cooks and cleaners also get recognition for their contribution.
