Peterborough (Hampton)

Stayed one night to visit family in the area. Nice quiet location and friendly staff. From our arrival we were looked after well, the room was spotless, cool (on a warm day) and very quiet. Special thanks to Jade for organising our visit so we had a great time. We ate an evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant, both were well cooked and tasty. While we hit breakfast at a busy time the staff worked hard to ensure it ran smoothly, special mention for the young man clearing the breakfast tables with a smile and sense of humour. Well done.

From initial booking when I accidentally booked wrong date and frie dly staff member sorted for me on phone to arrival where receptionist went beyond normal service to get us some change for tooth brush from charity box, we felt cared for.

Excellent staff who care about what they are doing, are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Well done to all concerned. The rooms are comfortable, the hotel is quiet so you can get a good night’s sleep and help is there if you need it. Strongly recommended.

I’ve been staying here for business weekly since Jan 2024. I am always welcomed warmly, helped with any need and have only experienced a friendly set of staff. All are very nice, but Stefan is particularly attentive, kind and couteous, behaviour like that is not to be overlooked and so hugely valued. Thanks all, but big thanks to Stefan. Rooms good to the standard you can and should expect, attached establishment providing breakfast also good and of an acceptable standard you come to expect from a Premier Inn.

Great stay with my partner, on arrival there was complimentary treats and some cold drinks, spoilt for choice, the team on reception were in very high spirits, and the candy cart was an awesome touch!!! Jade and Martyna went above and beyond to make our check In amazing and nothing was too much trouble! then to top it off our stay was great too. Beds are so comfy and the room was lovely and clean, great housekeeping staff also, very happy and chatty while working. Will recommend to friends and will definitely stay here again
