A beautiful resort with great service. All of the staff were so friendly and professional. Special thank you to Amy, Kathy, Billie,Mr Quyit (whom my daughter fell in love with at the Churchill restaurant), and Son at the pool bar. The resort is well maintained. The food has plentiful portion sizes and is very good (a bit pricey), and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back again.

Absolutely spectacular spent four days there for my cousins wedding. The scenery, the location the amenities were all high class. We were even lucky enough to get upgraded from a two bedroom ocean suite in the tower to a two bedroom villa with private pool 24 hour room service, 24 hour Buggy service Beautiful beaches, beautiful pools, lovely Staff They provide free water in the rooms which is an Addison class bottle with Amelia stamp on it unfortunately unfortunately some of them tasted a little funny just smoky and the Hampton wharf about 500 m walking from the resort is nice but at this particular point in time is not fully functional there would be 50 shops there and only three are open apart from that, it was absolutely great

When we checked in, the room has smell like humidity then after we complained to receptionist, hotel send a room attendant to solve this smell with cajeput oil. Because we came at rain season, so we understand with this trouble. We choose restaurant at hotel for lunch, diner and breakfast but food is so-so, not like we expected. Sight is good. Water in swiming pool is quite warm even at 6PM, and we like it.

Khách sạn đẹp, gần biển, nhân viên rất thân thiện và giúp đỡ gia đình có trẻ nhỏ như gia đình mình. Mình chỉ có hai điều muốn góp ý: - khu phòng mình ở puba nên đi qua lối đi vào buổi tối nhìn rất ghê, mình thì đàn ông không sao nhưng vợ mình với hai bé nhỏ thì cảm giác khá sợ nếu không đi cùng mình. Hy vọng khách sạn buổi tối có thể thắp sáng khu vực này thêm 1 chút. Chắc chỉ cần hai dãy đèn led là ổn. - máy lạnh phòng kêu to, có tiếng rít rít mặc dù mình đã giảm quạt đến chế độ quite nhưng lúc tắt đèn vẫn kêu khá khó chịu Nhận xét chung là khách sạn rộng rãi, thoáng mát. Cảm giác như được trở về thời xưa…rất hay.

I have been recently here with my family. At the very first glance, the decoration of the whole hotel impressed me a lot. The hotel is fully covered by trees, so the atmosphere is quite fresh, green, and peaceful. The room is very spacious, spotless, modern, and comfortable, which is fully furnished with a TV connected the internet, comfortable beds and fluffy pillows, an air conditioner. The bathroom is covered with amenities, a bad tub, and a separated shower area. The room and amenities inside it are absolutely cleaned and neat. In terms of the breakfast, there are a variety of scrumptious traditional Vietnamese dishes mixed with some Western ones. The food is perfectly seasoned and made. The receptionists and employees there are very nice, friendly, and thoughtful. The beach is beautiful and clear. There is a little trash on the beach but it is bearable. However, some points I would like to mention for the improvement. The air conditioner is quite hot. Most of my family members felt hot at midnight because we set the temperature at 26 degree. When lowering it down to 20-23 degree, it is cold. Therefore, I would like to contribute my views and experience for further improvement. Thank you for your service. It was a good trip, we had a good time in Ho Tram and Dhawa. The room a bit small and not very clean if we compare to Holiday Inn Hotram and IHG’s standard. But the pool is nicer and the beach also better. I’m a bit consider next time when I back to Ho Tram I should stay in IHG or Dhawa. I hope the room more clean and a bit bigger is the best. Thanks.

The hotel facilities and rooms were in the best and clean condition. However, the composition of the breakfast buffet was insufficient, the training of the staff was insufficient, and the number of staff was insufficient, so it was inconvenient to clean the dishes too late. I think more kindness training of the restaurant staff is needed.
