The place is near the beach and very clean. It has a nice breakfast and good services.

Lovely place to stay. Unbeleavably generous breakfast. Friendly service, very welcoming. Beautiful scenery, no sunsets. But: Long walk into town. Magical Little village, but the bungalows shake when you walk, everything rattles. Loud bar across the bay pumps till 2am. Didn't bother me. Stay for 3-4 days at most.

Pool was great and the room was very nice. It was a little loud during the night because you can hear music from bars on the beach *****. Other than that it was a great stay.

A wonderful resort! Location: The resort is located ~10 min walk from the Phi Phi Tonsai pier and located away from all the nightclubs and noise. The resort is right on the Loh Dalum beach and has its own private beach space. The location is perfect for couples who want a time away from all the noise. Staff: All the staff was wonderful and very kind, especially the message ladies were so lovely. If one needs feedback for improvement, the bellboys could introduce the resort and the amenities while guiding the guests to their rooms. Amenities: The most stunning feature is the swimming pool overlooking the beach. The guests are free to use Kayak and paddleboard for an hour, which was nice. The rooms are a bit small, but very lovely and clean. Since the houses are built by bamboo, outside noise can be heard. The poil bar has lots of nice drinks. Thai massage overlooking the beach is a must! Cleanliness: Everything was kept very clean. The staff were cleaning the pool after it's closed. Meals: The resort restaurant has a stunning view across the beach. We initially intended on eating outside, but the view in the restaurant was perfect and lit with bamboo lights and torches, so we had our dinner at the restaurant. The meals were amazing, especially the buffet breakfast! Overall, a wonderful experience.

Lovely luxury cabin. Great location but the island is loud, (lucky I had my ear plugs) The beach is beautiful and the food was good. Reception staff a little bit rude upon checking out.

Overall this hotel is a nice place to stay, but the room is smaller than expected with loud noise. Staffs lack of good communication within the hotel teams. I think it would be better if front desk could communicate well with the kayak & paddle board staff.

Very beautiful hotel and staff very nice.

This hotel offers a stylish swimming pool and charming bungalow-style rooms. However, that's about it. Considering the price, the breakfast hygiene and room soundproofing are terrible. Next to the hotel, there is an abandoned lot where all sorts of trash accumulate, attracting a lot of FLYIES, which can be seen SITTING on almost ALL breakfast FOOD items. Additionally, there is incredibly loud club music and reverberation until 2 a.m., making it nearly impossible to fall into a deep sleep. I wouldn't want to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, but the house keeper service is not good and they don’t really clean your room

Hotel has a nice view, pool area and restaurant. They have netflix and youtube in the room so we enjoyed netflix and chill after a long day. However, there’s a lot of mosquitoes, kind of noisy coming from the bars nearby, I’d say their housekeeping is not that good too. Overall, it was a 7/10 :)

Pretty nice place, great location and easy to get everywhere within a short walk. Wasn’t too loud at night. Would stay again

PhiPhi Don is a bit tawdry, so if you want to see all the beautiful sights of Maya Bay and other locations around the islands, this is a luxurious base. We loved our very well-appointed bamboo hut, the delicious breakfast buffet, the pool, taking the kayak out, the kind staff, and all the lovely cats. We appreciated the clean beach towels for our use, bottled water in glass bottles, and the fridge. It was such a great stay and gorgeous spot! Traveler advice: don’t worry about getting a room with a view since the tide might be out in that part of the bay for part or all of the day anyway . You can book private longtail boat tours right from the hotel. The huts are not sound proof so if you’re a light sleeper… maybe don’t stay on the island haha. It’s noisy. And you can’t have a private bicker with your partner hahah. You also cannot leave the AC on while you’re out during the day. Also when we arrived no one had pre cooled the room, so it was blistering hot while we unpacked our stuff. Overall, though, I did not see a nicer hotel in PhiPhi! Thank you!
