Ulasan Phi Phi Villa Resort-Sha Extra Plus

This resort is beautiful. It is on the side of the island and about 15 minutes walk from the centre. They have somebody that takes your bags to the hotel, that is very confenient. Rooms are very big with aircon. They have a pool that can be used and chairs next to the ocean. Breakfast was very nice. They only thing missing for us, was a good bar. But for the rest it was very nice.

DON’T STAY HERE! We had a terrible experience staying in this hotel. The service was so bad. Reception staff treated us very bad. The location is not good, too far from everything. Room was not good, not clean, toilet was not working, shower was not working properly… after check out the reception staff told us that we had to walk to the pier, no bags transportation. It took us almost 30 minutes to reach the pier from the hotel. Staff not friendly. EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMENDED STAY HERE.

A pleasant hotel near the pier of Phi Phi Island, but far enough from the noisy center. Accommodation sufficient for short-term accommodation, nice pool, reasonable breakfast, private beach and mini market.

Good option in Phi Phi , but needs to improve breakfast options.

Amazing accommodation in the quiet part of Koh PhiPhi but only 10/15 to the center and party area. The bungalows are so beautiful and the swimmingpool is just perfect. Only the breakfast was not that good. Every day everything was empty and we had to ask all the time to refill.

Check out under time pressure did not work out, as hotel needed time to check the room. Of course it was our fault to be late but the service staff could have been nicer (blamed us to come earlier next time instead of speeding up the process). Hotel has a great location and pool though.

Great location next to the beach, with a lovely pool. Location wise a 5/10 minute walk away from the more touristic part of Phi Phi, but that makes it a bit less crowded and noisy. Definitely would recommend staying here. Great breakfast as well!

A beautiful Island and a beautiful resort direct at the beach , the separate free standing villa’s are charming and comfortable, big rooms with attached bathroom with a shower. Its got Airconditioning. The included Breakfast is good you can take a American or Thai breakfast. The staff of the Hotel is very friendly, they will pick you up from the Pier where the boats are arriving and brings your luggage to the Villa (Special request!) for free, and don’t forget a Tip for the carrier! The restaurant at the beach can be better, but you have many choices of Restaurants on the island I can Hartley recommend this Hotel for a real good Holiday. Ps, not suitable for wheelchair users. Firstly, the staff at front desk was very unfriendly. I booked with friends via different providers. I even sent an enquiry to check for early check in (which they answered saying it was not possible); and when we arrived at the hotel magically none of our reservations were available. After making us wait for 30 mins in the sun, the guy at the concierge told us either you combine the reservations and instead of 3 rooms we would get 2 rooms (one larger than we booked but still not ideal), or move to a worse sister hotel or they threatened us to cancel our booking twice. We settled for two rooms, but I ended up booking another room in a hotel nearby (Bayview resort) with way friendlier and helpful staff. We tried also the restaurant and food was tasteless with unattentive waiters. Chicken was ‘firm’, rice blend, and burger was like chewing a flip flop. By the way, they do not serve alcohol in the hotel which could be a minus for some. The pool is ok. Breakfast was with limited choice of average to low quality foods and the coffee sitting in this burner for hours with a bitter taste. My friend had some stomach issues a few hours later (perhaps not due to breakfast); still not a tasty start of the day. I’d not book again here in my next trip and I hope that the management of the resort could take the feedback positively and improve.

The resort is nice however the reception desk did not have our reservation when we arrived (one on Trip.com and one on Agoda). The desk clerk was quite rude when we expressed our disappointment. They finally arranged 2 rooms after trying to pawn us off to a sister hotel. The food is sub standard …do not recommend eating there.

Отель очень понравился. Отличное расположение - свой пляж с лежаками в 50 м, недалеко до пирса и всех развлечений в центре, при этом вечером очень тихо. Очень понравились завтраки - большой ассортимент, красиво оформленная подача. Единственный недостаток - в ресторане жарко, но это все-таки Таиланд, там везде жарко. Прекрасное бунгало, есть все необходимое - кондиционер, холодильник, сейф, фен. Самое главное - кондиционер не дует на кровать. Наверное, это один из лучших отелей на Пхи-Пхи. Если снова приедем, то обязательно в этот отель.

非常非常滿意的酒店，酒店有自己的海灘，但是浮潛沒什麼東西，酒店門口鮮花盛開，離觀景台也不遠，早餐也很豐盛，我們一家三口沒有額外費用，還免費給孩子加了張榻榻米，大床特別寬得有2米。出海項目前台就可以報名，酒店門口就是24小時便利店，還非常安靜
