Ciri-ciri tambahan di hostel ini termasuklah bantuan pelancongan/tiket dan tempat berkelah.Anda boleh menikmati sajian di restoran yang disediakan untuk tetamu Karma Home Hostel, atau singgah di bar/deli snek. Akhiri hari anda dengan menikmati minuman di bar/ruang istirahat. Sarapan pesanan masak disediakan pada setiap hari dari 7:00 hingga 11:00 dengan dikenakan bayaran.Kemudahan yang ditampilkan adalah termasuk daftar masuk ekspres, daftar keluar ekspres dan perkhidmatan pencucian kering/dobi. Location was convenient. Hotel design and room designs are impressive. Concierge and reception service were fantastic. Room are pretty basic, includes body soap and shampoo, but not toothbrush. Generally clean, some mould stains and spoiling fixtures. Acceptable for the price paid. Breakfast is basic. SPA IS FANTASTIC.

Located along the riverside of Nan river and in the middle of main attractions in Phitsanulok (within the range of 1 km to 3 main temples, 5 minutes driving to Chan royal palace (historical site), 10 minutes driving to sgt.maj Tawee folk museum and 15 minutes driving to Phitsanulok airport, also plenty of local noodle shops around the place), this hotel has a perfect location! Staffs are friendly. Cutie (and clean) reception area. (You can see Nan river from reception area) Nice and comfortable room. (pity that we cannot view Nan river from our room) Good breakfast (but not variety). 990 baht net per room including breakfast for 2 (quite cheap, I think it was a discounted price due to Covid). Worth money spent, I truly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Phitsanulok. 5 stars PS. Don't miss ”Dragon bistro” , this restaurant provide you a great view of Nan river with lived music. Moreover, ”salmon with pesto sauce” here is awesome!

Very strange hotel. We are travelling between Chiang Rai and Bangkok and needed a stop-over and the Zense looked good. This is a typical local low rise concrete small condo building, splashed with some paint to look like a boutique hotel. It's located on a nondescript main access road next to a global house diy shop so the location is good for transit but there is nothing around the hotel. Upon entering the hotel the check in desk had a customer but a friendly member of staff invited us to view the pool and bar area unil check in was free. Khun Chip then took us to the bar where we relaxed by the pool with drinks. He spoke excellent English and gave us some amazing local recommendations of places to visit. This was by far the warmest welcome we have had in a hotel in Thailand. I left my wife at the bar to check in and this is when i encountered the 'other side' of customer service. I had prepaid so check in should be easy but 'this is Thailand'. The rude, unfriendly, unhelpful lady on the front desk gave me a room card and pointed at the elevator. I asked for a second card (we are 2 guests not 1). I was bluntly told no! No explanation, no sorry, just no. Simple. I put our bags in the room and returned to meet my wife. We then returned to the front desk where the lady was now joined by a manager and repeated my request. 'Yes you can 500 baht deposit for plastic room card'. Just rude and unfriendly. Staff like this ruin hotels. Staff like Khun Chip make hotels amazing places to stay. To the owner, if you want positive reviews and repeat customers, make sure your check in staff are polite and understand they only have jobs because customers choose to book....

The staff was excellent. This hotel is older but once pretty glamorous. We were probably the only westerners there, which was nice. The room was big but weirdly decorated. It had a nice bathroom and good sheets. The bed was a little hard but we slept fine. Our room on the 5th floor had a little balcony. A little worn out but comfortable. Breakfast was 70 baht and only Thai dishes and instant coffee. Still good!

ทำเลอาจจะไกลย่านร้านอาหาร วิวไม่มีอะไรเพราะอยู่ในตัวเมือง แต่ก็เดินทางสะดวก โรงแรมมีลานจอดรถ มีฟิตเนส พนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก ยิ้มแย้มและให้คำแนะนำดี อาหารเช้าอร่อย สดใหม่ ห้องกว้างมาก ใหม่ทุกอย่าง เตียงนุ่ม แอร์ฉ่ำ สมาร์ททีวีจอใหญ่ อุปกรณ์ครบ สบู่แชมพูหอมคลีน สะอาด นอนสบายสุดๆ ถ้ามีโอกาสมาพิษณุโลก จะเลือกพักที่นี่อีก ชอบมากค่ะ

Rooms are large, bed comfortable, coffee, tea and kettle provided. Security safe in cupboard tucked away. Older style tub shower, very clean bathroom. Concierge and reception friendly and efficient. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood. A bit further away malls, Lotus’s and Big C. Will visit the Imperial Hotel in Phitsunalok again in the future.

With 38 rooms in 4 exquisite buildings and an inspiring display of regional craftsmanship, this hotel provides an intimate experience of refined taste. The grounds combine classic Thai architectural features with a profusion of green that accommodates many nesting birds. The rooms are spacious with dark wood and crackle tile, clean, with comfortable beds. The staff are modest and extremely helpful. It appears that the previously-noted neglect of features such as the swimming pool has been corrected, although the clean pool is too small for serious swimming. I note that there is not much to entertain young children, and that the stairs might be challenging for people with limited mobility. The breakfast featured good variety and more than ample amounts, whether it was buffet when there were many guests, or a la carte when we were the only ones. The toiletries were more limited than the offerings at most luxury establishments, and several of the dinner offerings of central Thai cuisine were overly sweet for my taste, although using good quality ingredients. Overall, I love this hotel, and would recommend it for individuals or couples who need a base for exploring the Phitsanulok area.
