Ia bersih dan segar. Berbaloi dengan wang. Walau bagaimanapun untuk tempatan anda perlu meletakkan deposit lain untuk $15 di tempat kejadian dan mendapatkan semula sebaik sahaja anda mendaftar keluar.

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

I stayed in a family twin suite, which is a connecting room with two bathrooms with showers. The room is spacious and even has one long sofa, making it feel like a living room. The room also has two balconies where you can sit and enjoy the view of Phnom Penh with a cup of coffee. The location is great for tourists who want to explore the famous places in Phnom Penh. It's also conveniently close to street food and cafes. There's a store called Super Duper, which may seem far on the map but is actually within a walkable distance. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. And I have to mention, the view from the family twin suite was absolutely amazing!

It seems it’s located in some sort of clubs area so depending on which side your room faces can be good or can be a horrible stay. I booked the hotel two times and on my first stay was no problem but on my second stay I got my room facing clubs and couldn’t fall asleep till 4 am when the music stopped. My whole room was vibrating from loud club music. When you stay there make sure you get a room on a quiet side. On this 2nd stay there was a fire alarm as well, seems some guests smoked in the corridor or so. I opened my door and staff asked me to go back into the room.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by an array of breakfast options that were as diverse as they were delightful. The variety ensured that every morning was a new experience, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. The staff at the hotel deserve a special mention for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and my needs were met with a smile. The facilities were nothing short of excellent. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing for a great start to the day or a relaxing session in the evening. The food court boasted a wide selection of cuisines, making every meal a culinary adventure. The internal entertainment provided endless fun without the need to step out of the hotel, and the tax-free shops were a haven for shopping enthusiasts, offering a variety of goods at great prices. In conclusion, the hotel excels in every aspect, from its varied breakfast and courteous staff to its outstanding amenities. It's a place I would recommend without hesitation and look forward to visiting again.

We reserved a suite and a connecting room for our children. It felt as if we were in a flat. We stayed one week. We asked for a view on the Royal Palace, which I highly recommend. Hotel is very new and extremely comfortable and luxurious, staff very friendly and professional. Special mention for Sotheavy Hem in the breakfast lounge, dynamic and always ready to help and to the enthusiastic Srini. As othet reviews mentioned hotel is ideally placed. Hotel was above my expectations and I can only recommend to stay there.

We were traveling in a group, we had 8 rooms booked more than a month in advance, we arrived late because our flight was deviated due to bad weather, we contacted them to notify them about it and they replied with an ok. At 2:30-3 am that we arrived they told us that there were mo rooms available. The guy in the front desk had a really terrible attitude even saying that it was not his problem, and also telling us he couldn’t find our bookings. After a while the manager came and he did find all our bookings, and he managed to help us get the first night in a neighbor hotel (which given the circumstances we had no other choice).

I am a well seasoned traveler who travels frequently for both work and leisure. Let me start by saying that the service at this hotel was great. The staff were warm and welcoming when I arrived with my partner. The gym and pool area are outstanding. As fitness lovers this was great to see. However, there were two things that were really problematic that I must point out. The former being the most pertinent of the two: 1. Cleanliness: One of the towels in my hotel room had been soiled with dry excrement. I was shocked when I saw this and thankfully I spotted it before using it. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, but I have never experienced this ever. This was extremely disappointing and immediately changed my view of this hotel. This simply should not have happened. 2. Breakfast: My view here may be more subjective, but I thought the breakfast could have been better. The selection seemed very limited in terms of both food and drinks. I would recommend that they look into this, as competitors in this price range offer a far more varied option. Unfortunately, due the the cleanliness issue this wouldn’t be a hotel I would want to visit again. I do however recognise that mistakes happen. However, the extreme nature of this error was very off putting and ruined our stay.

Location - Well placed in the city. From the pool and bar area you can see the independent monument and the tops of the palace complex. There are some distance views of the river as well. Easy to walk out from to the monument, palace and the river. Just be warned that if you walk you constantly get hassled by tuk tuk's looking for business. Crossing the road can be challenging as it is very busy. Rooms - Basic clean and all that you need in a hot country. The only downside is that it can be noisy due to the stone floor that echo's the sound of chairs being moved. Staff - Polite and speak good English. Big shout out to the petite young women (sorry don't know name) who served us breakfast and during the day, evening drinks - always had a big smile and very helpful. Food - Nice selection at breakfast of fruit and cereals, pastries. A selection of cooked breakfast representing many cultures (noodles, soup, western eggs etc). Lunch/Evening they had a good selection of small bites (burritos, veg and dips) and western and Asian dishes (steak, noodles, rice) Amenities - Good wifi signal throughout. Restaurant and bar clean and mixture of seating available. Pool table. Pool was gorgeous on the roof with great views. Big enough to have a little swim about. Seating can get crowded in the afternoon when people return from touring around. Recommend the hotel as we didn't find or have any negatives.

My recent stay at Capri Phnom Penh was an absolute delight, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the entire staff. From the friendly greetings at the entrance to the attentive service in the restaurant and bar, every team member played a role in making our stay memorable. The restaurant and bar, with their stunning views and live music from Thursday to Saturday, added an extra layer of enjoyment to my overall experience. The ambiance created by the live music complemented the already pleasant atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The cleanliness and comfort of the room further solidified my positive impressions of Capri by Fraser, Phnom Penh. It's evident that the entire team takes pride in maintaining high standards, and the result is a space that feels like a true home away from home. In conclusion, while every staff member at Capri by Fraser, Phnom Penh deserves commendation for their excellent service, Mr Pattya's exceptional efforts truly stood out. My stay at Capri Phnom Penh was not just a hotel experience; it was an immersion into exceptional hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers seeking a remarkable stay in Phnom Penh.
