Was not as good as expecting. Unfriendly service, cold water in the shower, no AC and no drinking water in room. Moved hotel the next day. Very hard beds.

The pool is amazing! The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. Would recommend to our friends and family

Although staff were lovely the location was not great, it didn't feel very safe and there weren't very many close food options, tourist spots etc, you had to get tuktuks. The first night we were excited to use the beautiful (it really is) rooftop Restaurant and Bar, we picked 5 items, 4 of which were unavailable including a basic glass of red wine, everything else including cocktails we ever ordered in our 3 days was also met with 'we don't have that' it was very unfortunate because it was expensive too...otherwise we would have dined every day and had drinks multiple times a day. Cigarette smoke was smelled in the bathroom often from other rooms, our towels one day were replaced with ones that smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the bell every time a room is entered also got really irritating as we tried to nap during the day or early night. Would not recommend.

Very good location, close to the Independence Monument. Tasty breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, the pool is only open until 6 p.m. Very good view of the city from the rooftop bar.

Recommended, the hotel is very well located. Has a swimming pool, and a bar by the pool which is a great place to relax, have a drink or read a book. Breakfast is ok, nothing to complain about, and the staff are very friendly. A true Value for money

I’m truly sad for this rating as I use to live in Phnom Penh and have never experienced this type of service. A bad experience from the beginning to the end. We booked 2 deluxe suites and were asked to share a 2 bedroom family apartment since we were together, though the booking was made for 4 people. Booked on Trip.com which gave us an early check in and late check out, and additional amenities such as a fruit basket yet received nothing. We had to sit in the lobby until they allowed us to check in, an hour later, upon which we were told there was an issue with the booking and no rooms available. Furthermore we booked massages and were told that there would be a massage bed; yet the ladies came 20 minutes late and asked us to lay down on our beds on the towels we had used to shower with. Overall a really bad experience.
