This place was incredibly clean and luxurious for what we paid, especially at just over 6,000 yen a night. The room was spacious, like a high-end apartment, and absolutely wonderful. The only downsides were the shower often running out of hot water and frequent power outages, which are likely broader issues in Cambodia. Still, the room itself was fantastic. Just a heads-up, there's a $100 deposit required.

A very comfortable place for a short stay. A full apartment (minus pots - but you may ask if they have any). A large studio with the bedroom area nicely divided. I stayed here 2 times in the past 3 months. A nice, good-size pool with a good view.

Quite run down. So bright in the morning that you’ll awake with the sun. Needs a real refurb! Termite trap boxes on top of the bed headboard :/

Deposit 100 dollars should be paid in cash or if you paying by credit card, it will return in one week (maybe) , nothing about deposit in booking information, only if you ll go to hotels page, there you can find this information in policies, street near hotel dark and there are homeless dogs barking at you,at night you should go to find atm because of this deposit

I had quite an impressive experience at [Hotel Name]. The service here is excellent; the staff are always friendly and ready to assist whenever needed. The hotel's facilities are very modern and well-maintained. My room was equipped with all the necessary amenities and was very comfortable. Regarding the dining, I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was delicious, varied, and freshly prepared. I was very pleased with the diverse options and the quality of the food. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and amenities here and would not hesitate to return in the future.

It's convenient to get anywhere in Phnom Penh, there are many Japanese restaurants nearby, and the facilities are good, which was very helpful.

Very bad, disgusting to the extreme, there was a dead cockroach on the bed, and its legs were broken off and flying around. Non-smoking room, the room smells like cigarettes. The front desk refused to cancel the room. I complained to TRIP.com and it took two hours before they agreed to cancel the room. I will never stay here again in my life.
