A Wonderful Stay at Sun and Moon Hotel My spouse and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sun and Moon Hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for a relaxing and memorable stay. The hotel’s location was perfect, offering easy access to key attractions while providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Very clean and cute hotel , will back again

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and my experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would like to especially thank Chenda from the customer service team for her kindness and professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, always ready to assist with a smile. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference in my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I’m grateful for the amazing service provided, particularly by Chenda. I will definitely return for another stay!

The booking with Trip.com came like a breeze. It's customer support is also very responsive, and has arranged for my quick check-in upon arrival at Sun & Moon. I was quite disappointed with the Hotel as I was not granted a very late check-out, since my flight is still by midnight, the same time of my arrival 3 days before. But, it was a pleasurable stay overall, as I enjoyed the Well Spa after check-out, to while away sometime before leaving for the airport.

I really enjoyed my staying! The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel had great facilities, including a wonderful spa and delicious restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable.

My stay was great! Helpful staffs with smile, and my room was clean. The gym has plenty of equipments and a nice space to exercise. I do recommend this hotel!

I checked in at 3am but when i received the key and open the room the electric is not working. I must waiting for 30 mins to check key card and electric. I dont know why the hotel before guest check in do not check the room first with 4 star hotel... Very bad experience for this hotel
