Beautiful unique affordable resort in Tempe would highly recommend it especially for families looking for a great place to stay with the kids!

The resort is nice. However, I was given the wrong receipt for the restaurant/bar (3 people on the patio). We ordered drinks and appetizers. Talked with Bar Manager - very rude. Left message for Hotel Manager because I was also charged for parking for 2 days and didn't have a car!
I have asked for a call back to get my food/drink receipt and to get the parking credited back to my credit card.
No one is responding to my request! Horrible customer service.

We went for Spring Training and it was great because the proximity to Tempe Diablo Stadium. The service around the hotel was excellent - friendly, communicative and helpful. The room was a little dated and oddly laid out. The food in the restaurants was fine but unremarkable given the price. Dinner at Top of the Rock exceeded our expectations. The pool area was nice and relaxing, the grounds were well-kept. My wife used the gym every morning and thought it was nice. The hotel could be confusing to navigate, but the staff was readily available to point us in the right direction.

Lots of little things were a problem. Room reeked of ozone, presumably from trying to rid it of smoke. Bathroom design offered zero privacy to rest of room. Furniture was dated , stained, and dingy. Ice machines (yes plural) were OOO. Plantation shutters did not stay in closed position. Shower pressure was inconsistent at best. Property is not the easiest to navigate especially because there is very little signage anywhere to point you in the right direction. Security door did not close. Fridge barely worked. Pool was nice but not well maintained as far as picking up used towels and food/drink remains. All in all not a good value for the money. We cut our stay short and left after one night.

Great, quiet property. The area to the north is kind of sketchy. The immediate area and ball park adjacent are good. The front lobby staff and cleaning crew were nice and polite. No the same for the lobby bar.

Carpet was wet in my first room and then again in the second room I was assigned. No cold water in the shower in the morning. For a Marriott property it did not live up to standards

2 calls to front desk—no follow-up
Dusty/Dirty room—must have been the worst room in the facility (reservation placed with Experia on 1/22/24)
Shower floor slippery—no decals
No grab bar in shower
Room location at very end of facility—major walk just to get to the restaurants and lobby
Kleenex not popped up
Registration desk did not give us a map of the facility—had to get it from the parking valet
Only 3 bath towels and 2 hand towels
Iron did not work

I think that the property could use some up to date upgrades. The facility shows its age. Only one hot tub works. Poor lighting on step areas made for night time navigation unsafe. Employees were awesome. Very friendly and professional. This facility’s high point I thought was the fitness room. It’s very nice.
