Great trip with just my daughter and I. She was visiting friends at ASU. Loved the rooftop pool, but they could use more seats. If you don’t go out early it’s hard to get one. Room was very clean and customer service was great, especially valet! The best part of this hotel is definitely the location. It is close to everything and you can pretty much walk everywhere in anywhere you need to go. Whether it’s a grocery store, restaurant, grabbing a drink or a coffee it’s there. On that note, if you are looking for a quiet place and not the hustle and bustle of an active college town this probably wouldn’t be for you.

Counter service isn’t friendly. Breakfast included is vague.

No neatness, stingy smell in the room, pillows were dirty, hidden fees charged without your consent.

I was charged on trip for the hotel and then charged again at the hotel I wish somebody would have it communicated clearly that I made this booking Still waiting on my refund . Terrible experience but the hotel was nice

The room was spacious and very clean! The airport is about an 8-9 minute Uber ride away. It's very safe and right next to ASU, with easy access to Japanese and Korean restaurants! My favorite part was the gym; it was clean, tidy, and especially friendly to women, with a wide selection of weights! The hotel staff were very welcoming; aren't people in the Sunshine State just that welcoming?
